PROS: -House is in a community with 2 fun pools. One of the pools is very close to the house, but the kids favorite pool with the Kids cove and lazy river was a bit of a walk. Some of us with littles ended up driving over there. There are a few parking spots nearby. Kids loved the waterslides and pool was a good temp. hot tubs were hot too! -Parking is great, there is a small parking lot right next to the house so that was perfect for our extra cars. - House has nice furnishings and couches. Tons of kitchenware, including a crockpot & a blender, and lots of spices in the cupboard. - All the bathrooms DO come stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Wish we had known that so we didnt have to pack it. - They did offer us late check-out, which was nice, but it wasn't free. We had to pay for it. Glad we did though! CONS: -Backyard/patio is not very private. You are less than 20 feet away from a house behind you with no wall in between so we never used the hot tub because it is summer and by the time we'd want to use it (late at night), we were afraid we'd disturb the neighbors bc they are so close! Wish there was more privacy. - The lazy river is small. Alot smaller than Arcadia. And therefore, no tubes are provided. You can bring your own floats though. - The fun pool with the kids cove and lazy river is about a 5-7 min walk away. You can drive over there though. - The pool does not have alot of shaded lounge chairs. Those get taken first. - No pool towels were provided at the pool or the house. It would have been nice not to have to pack those. -The mattresses are very squeaky and cheap. They weren't very comfortable. One of the couples pulled their mattress onto the ground and my husband ended up moving to the couch! - It was alittle frustrating communicating with a property management company vs the actual owner of the house. The management co wasn't always sure about an answer. Ex: I had asked if there was a crockpot, they said No, and when we got there, we found one. Would have been nice not to pack one. Overall, we had a great time and created great memories!

We have kids between 4-13. We all had a great time playing in the pools and relaxing at the house.

This was a nice house in a great location, and it had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having a hot tub on site was really nice. We loved the pools in Paradise Village - they provided a lot of entertainment in the 95+degree weather. The location is great for attending shows at Tuacahn - it’s nice to have a short drive after a late night out. The kitchen island was amazingly huge, there was plenty of space to serve food to 20 people, which was helpful for our extended family stay. We’d recommend this house to large families/groups of friends, we appreciated all of the en-suite bathrooms and private space for different families but also good central gathering areas. We really enjoyed our stay, and would book it again in the future if it’s available!

This home is awesome, has everything you could possibly want from a nightly rental except arguably the most important thing, comfortable beds. The Good: everything but the beds. The community pools we're awesome, you are a stone's throw away from The lazy River and the slides and a short drive or a long walk to the double pool. The house itself has a ton of board games, an Xbox and Nintendo switch, a game room with a poker table basketball arcade game scooters and a bunch of pool toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a full meal, even Thanksgiving dinner. The house had ample towels for both the pool and bathing. It came with a starter kit for dishes and laundry and had hotel style shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower, enough to last a full group several days to a week. The Bad: the beds. I slept on a king size the first night and was tossing and turning all night and felt like I got barely any sleep. The second night I slept on the queen, which was a bit better because it had a memory foam topper but was insanely hot, even with the air conditioning set at 72. All the adults in my group, as well as a couple of older kids, all agreed the beds were not good and could use improvement. Vacasa was great to with with.
