We had a wonderful stay at Belle Sole through Vacasa in Virginia Beach. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling relaxing and private. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in right away. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we really appreciated the entertainment options available—it made downtime just as enjoyable as our time out exploring. You can tell the home is well cared for, and it added to the overall experience. We truly loved this house and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and conveniently located beach getaway.

"Count your Blessings" was a perfect house for our group of ladies. Plenty of space and comfortable furnishings in both upper and lower level living room spaces. The kitchen was well equipped, and the pool deck and ocean view were awesome!

Condo

Condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very near the beach. However, we had a lot trouble with check-in, and with later communications with Vacasa. (Example - when we checked in on Sunday , we were told we had to move our car to another place, other than the designated unit space, on "Monday or Tuesday" so that the spaces could be repainted. It took a number of calls - each answered by a different person - to find out which day, and where we should move. When we finally got an answer and moved the car, a man came pounding on our door the next morning, telling us to move our car again - that the space that Vacasa had told us to move was the wrong one. We moved again - this time off the condo property entirely, and got a call later - on the beach - that if we did not move our car we risked having it towed. We loved the condo and the area, but lost much of the vacation we had been hoping for, because of the rudeness, miscommunications and misinformation from Vacasa. This was my first experience with an intermediary agency, instead of a private owner. I would not want to repeat it.

Many of our properties include lounge chairs, umbrellas, or shaded areas by the pool, but this can vary. Check the property details and listing photos for specific details.

Generally, food and drinks are allowed by—but not in—the pool. However, to be safe, it’s best not to use glass or china in the pool area.

Pool toys, floaties, or inflatables are typically not provided. You may want to bring your own, if needed.

We have a good neighbor policy that includes quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. In addition, certain communities have noise policies in place. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and excessive noise can lead to intervention and removal from a property.
