We were pleasantly surprised to see we were given chocolates, trail mix, coffee and one granola bar. The condo was tidy and kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again!

This condo was exactly as pictured.
It was clean and had nice amenities waiting for us.
The kitchen was well stocked and there were beach blankets, wave boards, coolers etc. ready for use.
The unit is a bit dated but well maintained.
We loved the central location on the island.
Shopping, restaurants were close by.
Would definitely stay here again.

The location of Plantation Hale Suites is halfway to everywhere and location is very handy for all the things you'll need for your stay. Right across the parking lot 75 feet away is Coconut Marketplace which offers restaurants, outdoor shopping mall, a wonderful Deli that has breakfast, lunch, dinner, specialty coffees, ice cream and more. The property of Plantation Hale is quite long so there are 3 swimming pools and BBQ's located for easy enjoyment. Between the property and the ocean is a grass field with a easy (250 feet) walk to the beach and the beach boardwalk. Next to the grass field and ocean is what I feel the best restaurant on the island " Hukilau Lanai " offers, steaks, seafood, salads and more it opens for dinner 5 PM reservations a must, entree's range from $35.00 to "60.00 the service is top notch, presentation is 5 star and be sure to have one of their desserts. Old Town Kappa is walking distance 1 mile up the beach boardwalk. Lihue is 5 to 12 minute drive depending on traffic. There is so much more that I could add but I think if your looking for the garden feeling of Kauai the Plantation Hale grounds crew does a excellent job to give you the real feeling of the Garden Isle. The property owner of A6 really wants you to feel comfortable in his suite and has taken extra steps to address and decorate the suite with the Kauai taste. I hope my feed back helps you decide, I know my wife and I will definitely reach out to Vacasa and Plantation Hale A6 suite next time we visit the Garden Isle.
