Here's a polished review that is balanced, honest, and helpful for future guests: We enjoyed our stay in this condo overall. This was our third year staying at this resort, but our first time in this particular unit. Being on the 4th floor was a huge plus—it made getting to and from the beach and amenities much easier. The elevators were also much better this year, especially when there was an elevator attendant helping keep things moving. The condo comfortably accommodated my husband, myself, and our four children. The kitchen had all the basic essentials we needed, although a Keurig would have been a nice addition. The condo was generally clean, but there were a few housekeeping issues. The pantry closet had a very unpleasant odor, almost like a dirty mop or spoiled food had been left inside, so we ended up rewashing all of the dishes and silverware stored there before using them. There was also no dustpan available, and both shower curtains had mold on them when we arrived. I messaged Avari on our first full day about the shower curtains, and they responded right away. They came to the condo promptly and replaced both shower curtains, which I really appreciated. Their quick response and excellent communication made a big difference. Overall, we had a great vacation and would consider staying in this unit again. With a little extra attention to housekeeping, this condo would easily earn five stars.

Our group of six enjoyed our stay at this condo at the Tidewater very much. The beds are comfortable and there was ample space for all of us - you won’t feel cramped or crowded at all in this condo. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and we had everything we needed to make our arrival seamless and easy. We did not experience major issues with the elevators - yes, at peak times you are going to wait a little longer but that’s to be expected for such a large building servicing 25+ floors. We planned accordingly when we wanted to be somewhere. The included beach service with chairs and umbrella were also a very nice perk and easy to confirm with the beach attendants. If you are super picky about your pillows, you might bring your own as the ones provided are very very basic, but also adequate. We also brought a couple of our own throw blankets which were nice to have handy. The balcony view is beautiful, and the on-site conveniences at the Tidewater itself were a really nice perk as well.
