Huge house that had more than enough room for 5 adults, lovely deck facing the river with a decent view. Some parts of the house were fairly dated and lights didnt work or doors were stuck. Hot tub was there but we couldn't use it?? Otherwise lovely home.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, the hot tub is not an amenity in this home. Our listed amenities are up-to-date and accurate, and we will list the hot tub as an amenity if it ever becomes available for guest use. We hope to host you again!

An older home with lots of charm. Nice open layout of main living area. Master bedroom and bath is spacious and the bed while firm was quite comfortable. There were a few small issues but nothing that distracted from the incredible views. Would stay there again happily!

Nestled between the trees and the water, joe ney hideaway exceeded our expectations. It was peaceful, beautiful and had all the conveniences if home plus a hot tub and stunning views.

The view was beautiful and the home was fully equipped. We were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider renting this home again.

We enjoyed staying at this cottage. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near Coos Bay and close to parks, trails, gardens and to good restaurants in the nearby hamlet of Charleston. The house is designed so that all windows look out on natural scenery and not on the other houses. Nice view of a tidal body of water in front of the cottage. We appreciated the bird feeder and provided seed and watched many species of birds during our stay.
Home is decorated in an artistic style. Only drawback is the lack of a bathtub as both bathrooms have showers only. Also did not see the double bed noted in the listing- maybe it is in the sofa.

Loved this warm and approachable home with a nice woodsy feel. Roomy interior with a nice flow. Outdoor deck and patio was a welcome retreat. The Jacuzzi was utilized daily and had a sweet view overlooking the slough. This house is in a great location with easy access to the coast or back to Coos Bay. We would be happy to stay here again and the check-in/out process was a snap. Thank you!

We loved the setting, especially the privacy afforded by the bluff-top location. The furnishings were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the nights were very quiet, the neighbor was friendly, and the wi-fi worked.

My kid and I stayed here while on a fishing trip. Everything was clean quiet and relaxing. The deck is peaceful and the view beautiful.

There is a closet between the two rooms, which limits the privacy between rooms as you can hear the noise from each room.
