Location was perfect, we walked/rode to the beach everyday. Everything was in the home that we needed. Our friends rented and had a concierge service.. this was a great idea because they were able to pre book bikes/beach chairs/ coolers and boogie boards.

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa! It was ample space for our family of 5. I really appreciated the extra touches, such as a very well stocked kitchen, more than enough towels, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of closet/drawer space in bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen, etc, etc. The view out back was fabulous and we enjoyed our sightings of the alligators! The bike ride to the beach or park was simple. My only criticism would be that you could hear the people above you (not taking but just movement). Overall, I’d highly recommend this villa and we’d return again!

Home was beautifully located and well maintained. It was also priced very fairly.

The condo was spacious and sat directly on the lagoon, where we enjoyed watching the two resident alligators each day and the many birds fishing. It was very nice and comfortable.

Lovely location on pond wth abundant bird life - very relaxed. Delightful Joann made sure several times during our visit, that all was going smoothly

The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was gorgeous with a deck over the lagoon. It was just a short bike ride/ walk to the market at East Beach Village and to the beach. We have stayed on Kiawah for many years and this was one of the nicest places we stayed.

This is such a pretty place, indoors and out! I love the view from the Master and main living areas - a private lagoon full of wildlife - lots of birds you won't see anywhere else and no buildings! The three bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Having three baths is a splurge of luxury. The kitchen has good knives and equipment. The main living area is cheerful even on a rainy day. I love the art work and the mahogany brown floors. It's all so well done. This central location is handy for the beach, tennis courts and Nature Center. It doesn't have pool privileges, but we enjoy playing in the surf. We love biking all over the island. We ate out one night at La Tela Pizzeria in Freshfields Village - scrumptious! We've rented through Beachwalker for many years and they've been consistently wonderful to deal with

Had a great week, weather good and we just enjoyed time with family on Beach or at Villa and we saw many birds and Wally Gator.

This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. What I loved was the chance to watch the large and small birds fishing in the lagoon, as we gathered for breakfast or dinner. It's quite a show: Cormorants diving around the feet of wading Great Blue Heron, Great Egrets mirrored in the water, Osprey plummeting for fish, Kingfishers skimming by, Piebill Grebes bathing. The same individuals would come each day. It's a whole cast of characters that most other vacationers won't get to see. Young and old in our party found the view thrilling. Inside the condo, it's very comfortable, attractive, bright, beautiful. The rooms are spacious and pleasing to the eye, with art work on the walls. It's a lovely home with good quality appliances and equipment in the kitchen and laundry. Having three pretty bedrooms each with their own bath was a luxury for us. Everything was clean and fresh. Walking or biking to the beach was easy. It was a nice contrast to be out on the windy beach and then return to our sheltered lagoon and birds. Beachwalker is responsive and makes the rental experience easy. I liked their app containing things to do and bring. It's been consistently top-notch.
