Beautifully decorated ski-in/out, dog-friendly condo with fantastic views!

This dog-friendly, ski-in/ski-out Brian Head ski lodging has a warm, modern-cabin ambiance! Head right off the steps of the back deck to the beginner area lift each morning, and return each evening to the leather sofas beckoning you to unwind by the handsome fireplace.

Located at the base of Brian Head Resort, visitors will enjoy easy access to the slopes - whether in the winter for skiing/riding, or in the summer for hiking and biking.

Thoughtfully furnished to accommodate up to nine guests, your whole group will feel right at home here. The living area is bright and spacious, with comfortable seating around the fireplace. Pop popcorn for a movie in the evening time on the TV with a DVD player, or keep up with your favorite TV shows on cable. This condo also includes WiFi so you can stay connected to the office - or simply look up the morning's hiking trail.

Home cooks are welcome to roll up their sleeves and let loose in the galley-style kitchen with black appliances and plenty of space for multiple cooks to help in the kitchen. Set the kids up with English muffin pizzas at the breakfast bar, or grill your favorite dish out on the balcony's charcoal grill while you admire the surrounding forest.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom is fit for a group: There's a set of full-size bunk beds to sleep four, and a twin trundle bed for an extra guest. With the sleeper sofa in the living room and two full baths, it's easy to share this space with a few couples or group of close friends. Up to nine people and two family dogs will enjoy this home (dogs may join for an additional nightly fee). There's even a washer/dryer right in the condo so you can keep packing light without compromising on those all-important fresh, warm socks!

And while Brian Head is famous as a winter destination, it's just as beautiful and adventure-packed in the summer months as well! Visit the Resort for a game of mini golf, a bag jump free fall, or a few turns down the summer tubing hill.

Any time of year, you're sure to feel right at home - but "away from it all" at this lovely Southern Utah getaway.

Condo was perfect and enabled us to get away from the heat for a bit. Loved the access to the outdoors ... right in our backyard. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

This was the perfect unit in the Pine Tree complex. Truly ski-in/out on the Navajo hill. Easy to take lunch breaks or a quick break. Ski out and down to lodge to get tickets/gear/food. Everything in the house worked well and was great for a family of 4 and our small dog. Thanks for being pet-friendly as those not skiing could watch all the action on the hill and hang out with the pooch. Kids loved sledding hill behind the parking lot. Beautiful view off back porch and through the slider.

We loved the access to the slopes. It was perfect for my family of 4. Would stay there again for sure.

We rate this a very nice way to go for a Vacation.
Stacey C. February 2018
The location was ideal for ski in and ski out. The walls were extremely thin, and you could hear everything that goes on next door, and especially upstairs. We left a day early, due to not being able to sleep, because of the noise levels. The furniture was dated, and dirty. The jacuzzi didn't work, and it was something we were looking forward to, after a long day of skiing. No firewood to make a fire, we had to buy some at the local store. Overall, we won't be returning.
Manager Response:
Housekeeping is cleaning the furniture thoroughly. Firewood is supplied by the unit's HOA, and if it is low, wood from neighboring units may be used. If notified that firewood on the front porch is low, the local staff can replenish it. Unfortunately, the jetted tub has been out of order and removed as an amenity per owners request, until further notice. We are sorry for any inconveniences these things caused our guests.

Very easy cabin vacation. Perfect cozy spot for a romantic week in the snow. Loved that it was accomodating to dogs!

Our New Year's Eve family boarding/skiing weekend was a lot of fun and this place made it GREAT! The fireplace was a great touch. There was plenty of wood stocked so we could make a quick fire at the end of a long day on the slopes. Plenty of beds and bedding. We quickly made ourselves at home here. Thanks for allowing dogs! Having our dog with us made it even better!!

The cleaning staff put us at ease when we had an accident with the linens. Made the trip great. Can't wait to come back.

Love the ski in and out location of the Pinetree Condo's.

We loved everything about this place except we had no hot water during our stay. Management sent someone to resolve this issue unsuccessfully during our stay. My issue is that no one has followed up with us since. I would have expected someone to reach out to us. I'm glad we were only there for the weekend otherwise this would have been a huge issue if we stayed any longer. I did pay for late checkout however the entire time was taken up by 2 individuals trying to fix the hot water heater. Again, my problem was not them trying to fix it albeit unsuccessfully but their lack of follow up or acknowledgment.
Manager Response:
We apologize that the water heater was acting up during this reservation. The elements that needed replaced have been taken care of.
