Max 25 adults sleeping, 32 total including kids. This listing includes both the Lodge & Cottage. It is ideal for group getaways like family reunions, ski trips, retreats, church groups, small quiet weddings, and sports teams. The lodge has two large and spacious living areas, a chef's kitchen (including vitamix and sous vide) and dining room that can seat up to 24 people, a wrap-around covered deck with plenty of sturdy tables and chairs for outdoor dining, a large gas grill, your own private dock, private disc golf course, pool table, Ping-Pong, and an outdoor hot tub. The cottage has an open living area with a woodstove and TV, as well as five small bedrooms. The cottage is only 15 yards (10 second walk) away from the lodge on the same private 3 acres. The cottage is the original 1960's logging cabin, with great views of the river. While the lodge is newer construction, the cottage has its quirks, and is loved by many for the added space and privacy.

If you're looking for something smaller and your dates are in the next two months, you can check out just the 4,000 square-foot lodge. More details on the 1,300 square-foot cottage are also available, but the cottage is only available for rent on it's own, when the lodge has booked on it's own.

Awesome location, well maintained home

This home has everything hot tub, frisbee golf, Xbox, ping pong, pool table, fire pit/place and river front of course. Our work retreat have plenty of room for brainstorming, separate sections to work together and then plenty of activities in the off time. If your looking for a secluded, not to far from town, large house for group gatherings this is perfect. My only complaint is we were not there longer and the weather wasn't slightly warmer--then again thats what the fire and hot tub are for.

Great location near Sunriver and not that far from Bend. Beautiful wilderness setting.

Beautiful location with a short drive to Sunriver and 30-minutes away from Mt. Bachelor. Well-stocked kitchen with real cookware, appliances, and enough tableware for a large group (we had 20).

The property was beautiful, quiet, and had some snow! Kids loved playing outside. Small hill is good for some quick sledding, while only 30 minutes from Mt Batchelor. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for a large group. Cottage was quaint and perfect for added space.

What an amazing property! This vacation will go down as one of the best ever, the house and cabin were both clean as well as being well furnished and comfortable. The local wildlife and the proximity to nature was unbeatable, this place is terrific. I would recommend the Riverfront Retreat to anyone!

The property was perfect for our 8-family reunion. We loved the proximity to the river and floated every day! Kitchen was big and had everything we needed, rooms were spacious, everything was super clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ and large outdoor space. So many great things about this place! The owners were also wonderful to work with, very responsive and pleasant to correspond with. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, secluded property - yet very convenient to Sunriver. Great space for get togethers, inside and out. It had everything we needed, including lots of activities. We never felt the need to leave the property! Can't beat the view from the hot tub... or anywhere for that matter! I can't recommend enough.
