Stayed here for a week of skiing and it was a great place. Our 3 kids each had a bed (2 bedrooms) and mom & dad had the master. We cooked a big family breakfast each day in the kitchen then set off for our daily adventure. At night when we returned we turned on the fireplace and played games. We did laundry regularly - which was great to minimize gear. Comfy beds. Cozy, comfortable home. Location was nice (5 mins from town, grocery stores, and restaurants). Small nitpick area that could improve: entertainment technology in the house is limited (i.e. TV is lame, couldn't figure out how to use it b/c we don't know Dish, and no stereo for streaming music), and we wish it had a hot tub. Those are small things and did not interfere with our vacation. I would recommend this place to my best friend but I don't think we would stay here again (we would stay in town so we could walk to the hot springs each night).

This w.s our first trip to Colorado. We are from Texas and do not see snow like we experienced in Pagosa Springs. Our children and grandchildren went with us and all want to make sure we come back again
