The home and decor were fabulous. The owners response to broken air conditioning was right on. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed gathering around the kitchen table. Great bedrooms.
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in your beautiful house and found it to be even better than advertised. Our grandchildren had plenty of games and recreation to keep them entertained and we had room for all. Thanks, Carlin & Teresa
The house was uniquely decorated and very clean. It was also well stocked and had great linens! Great location.
This is the cutest house in a great location! We had an awesome time staying there for our recent girls trip. Would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Fredericksburg. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
We rented Silver Lining 1898 for a girls weekend. It was perfect for our group. The house is adorable and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was well equipped to meet our cooking needs. The hot tub was great and there was plenty of entertainment for the one rainy night we had. There is an H-E-B nearby (you could walk to it) for your grocery needs. Everyone in my group loved the house and want to stay again for our next Fredericksburg trip.
My group of 9 had a wonderful stay in the Silver Lining 1898 home! The home was spacious, beautifully decorated and welcoming. We loved the game room and the hot tub especially! Would definitely stay here again on my next visit :)
The home has a family style kitchen. Beds and linens were clean but not the bathrooms or floor and dirty underwear left behind with dust balls.
We LOVED this house. It was very clean and stocked with many things to make our weekend easier. Walking distance from Main street! Highly recommend!!!
This place is perfect for a big group. We had ten, and it did not feel crowded. It was very peaceful and quiet. The decorations were charming. There was plenty of parking and overall, it was a great place to relax.
We live in FBG, but had to find a property in town due to the flooding in our subdivision and the inability to get home. Well, this house provided all the comfort of home, and then some! The kids enjoyed the game room, the hot tub was very nice, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the house was very clean. We’d recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fredericksburg!
