Condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The view was so nice to wake up to. So close to everything including the marina. Loved the lock box with the key. Convenient for multiple people. Glad there was air conditioning. One small complaint is the dishwasher did not seem to work well and when we got there, we found a few really dirty dishes that got put away. But dishwashers are never that great in rentals. This did not ruin our trip. We are considering coming back. We wish it had a dock slip. We didn't book one in time and had to pull in and out everyday.

This condo was more then perfect. It has such an amazing view of bear lake & the house was decorated beautifully it had enough room for my family & it was clean. We will for sure be booking again in the future & yes I would recommend to others. Our stay was amazing

We had a wonderful trip to Garden City, UT. The absolute highlight is the dual balconies with stunning views! We had plenty of space and it felt homey. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We chose to drove down as this unit is up on a tall hill (great views!). WiFi was mediocre so bring a hot spot as a backup if you are working heavily! We would come here again!

Blue Acres was a great place to stay for a few days, it had a gorgeous view of Bear Lake as the sun rose, resting several hundred yards up the hill in Harbor Village. It was quiet and clean and a place I would stay again for sure.

We love staying in this beautiful, clean, cozy condo. Close to Garden City and the famous raspberry shakes. Love the views, the amenities...our family enjoyed it having fun in the pool and playing tennis. Can't wait to spend another great summer at Condo Blue Acres.
