Great house. Good layout for medium sized group. We had 12 people. Nice clean look inside. Free of clutter and well furnished, unlike some other Bear Lake houses we have stayed at.
The driveway and parking are the only drawback. I had to shift my pickup into 4x4 to back up the driveway.

We very much enjoyed this home. It was comfortable and spacious. A very lovely home. However the air conditioning didn’t work. It seems it was frozen up. I suspect partly due to the instructions on departure to turn the temp on the thermostat to 55. Which is were it was when we arrived. Luckily the nights are cool and we did fine with opening the windows and having fans turned on. Also the automatic flame starter did not work for the grill so we had to round up some matches to get that going. Not to big of a deal but a minor inconvenience. We really did enjoy the home and everyone commented on how nice it was.

Beautiful home that has an incredibly stocked kitchen! The only thing we could have used was olive oil - some houses consider that a kitchen staple and some don’t. This was the ONLY thing missing! This would be an incredible house to host a holiday at - tons of dishes, great selection of appliances/dishes (crockpot, roasting pan, appetizer plates/dishes, etc.). The fireplace was not working when we got there, so we called and they had someone come out within 15 minutes to work on it. It took him about 20 minutes, but he got it working and we were able to use the fireplace the rest of the time!

We had a great stay for our family reunion. Property was very nice and well supplied with everything except internet.
