This is an adorable historic bungalow that is decorated nicely and well appointed. Located withing walking distance of the Fountain of Youth. In the morning, you will hear the peacocks and on occasion they "escape" and walk down the street in front of the house. Very fun! There is a grill/bar at the end of the street which is a great place to grab a quick bite or a drink. Within 5 minutes of a Publix grocery store and 10 minutes to SA beach and quick 5 minute drive to historic downtown. Could be walkable in cooler weather. It does have multiple step ups and downs (typical of a historic property), but could be a barrier for someone with vision impairment or mobility issues. Overall, it was great!

Everything !!!! The only downside was having to buy ice trays

This was a very well equipped and wonderfully decorated residence. The nine foot ceilings gave a feeling of spaciousness throughout and the beautifully refinished antique hardwood floors were impressive. The house has modern appliances and is well located to take advantage of St Augustine's many charms.
