When you think of a vacation in the mountains, what comes to mind? Your own cabin, blue sky through the trees, wildlife, wood burning fires, and great company - this cabin on Ridge Road is the one for you.
This charming cabin is the perfect escape for a small family or a few friends looking to get away from it all. The interior pine walls draw the cabin together from room to room for a cozy and rustic feeling. The kitchen has solid oak cabinets, stocked with all the tools you need to make a great meal including plates, glasses, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area seats six, so gather round together to enjoy some great food and relive your favorite parts of the day!
The cabin is in a great location for those looking to get outside. It's within walking distance to the lake. After a short drive, you can be hiking in The Crags in Divide or in Mueller State Park. It’s also just miles from Pike National Forest which has trails for hikers, bikers, and ATVs! Or maybe you’re looking for some nightlife? Cripple Creek’s casinos are a 40-minute drive away! And after a day of hiking, biking, or fishing at Eleven Mile Reservoir, there’s nothing better than a wood burning stove in the living room with a cup of cocoa or maybe a glass of wine for you and your special someone as you celebrate a great weekend together.
There’s DirecTV and WiFi at the home, so no one will miss the big game, and you can upload all the pictures you took during the day for the friends back home to see!
A fully remodeled bathroom has a combination tub and shower. The cabin may be small, but it’s got plenty of space for everyone to go their own way at the end of the day to unwind and recharge for the next morning.
The cabin is located just outside of Divide, Colorado, and many of our favorite Pikes Peak area attractions are just a short drive away including Eleven Mile Reservoir State Park and the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument. Our location provides quick access to Hwy 24, which heads east toward Colorado Springs, or west toward Lake George and Wilkerson Pass.
