We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend for three nights. The unit is located within walking distance to the Sunriver village. The unit has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of space and all amenities. It also came with 4 bikes which was just the right number for our family. Saved us some money that way. It also comes with passes to the pool however we didn’t use since the pools were still closed. Overall I recommend this place.

Easy website to use.

The unit is very close to sunriver village. We also felt like the beds were very comfortable and the living room and dining room furniture were very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were some broken blinds, drawers, and other small things throughout the unit that need to be fixed. We ran out of propane in the second day and couldn’t grill anymore. In regards to the blinds, it would be nice to have curtains in the bedrooms because there were some missing and you could see right in the bedroom at night and it was super bright in the morning. We found a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and other garbage under the bed upstairs, too.
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback. If a guests runs out of propane during their stay please reach out to our 24/7 customer service line. We can have the local staff deliver more to the home or if the guest chooses to refill the tanks themselves we can reimburse the guest for the cost. We will also address the cleanliness of the home with the local housekeeping staff. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we look forward to hosting you again soon!

Nicely accommodated and situated conveniently close to the Village and Lodge.
Linda R. Oct 2018
My co-worker and I attended a conference. This condo was walking distance to the Great Hall where our conference took place. It was comfortable and nicely decorated.
Heidi D. Aug 2018
This home is walking distance to the village! What a bonus to be able to dine and then saunter home, passing the occasional deer along the way! It's air-conditioning works great and we sure did need it on one of the days we stayed! Friends had a rental with no air and were miserable - not us! Thank you!
Jessica S. Aug 2018
Please please be aware that his unit should not be advertised as having air conditioning. It is a portable unit (that can not be moved) in the loft. We kept it on during our stay when it was 90+ degrees out and it never went below 81 degrees inside.

Really close to the village, easy to find, lots of space. Has a BBQ, bikes, and SHARC passes which are great for private loading doc and water park. Our first time in Sunriver so not able to compare to other places. AC not the best but better than none. We chose this place because no pets are allowed and my children have severe allergies, great choice because we had no health problems during our stay.
Jaime S. Jun 2018
We loved how close it was to the main lodge since we were having a family reunion with several events at the lodge. The condo was well equipped and perfect for two couples.
Pamela P. Jun 2018
Close to meetings and everything else.

Our origonal reservation was in the first part of Sept. when the forest fires were going on. The smoke levels were at very unhealthy levels. We decided not to go. We contacted Vacasa, they totally understood, and let us reschedule without any additional charges. That will keep us coming back!
Lorica B. Sep 2017
This home had all the basic amenities and was quite comfortable for our family of four. It does have very creaky stairs and upstairs flooring. Since our kids were upstairs, it was both good and bad to be able to hear every step they took. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, but next time might bring the earplugs.
Stephanie B. Jul 2017
We enjoyed the location, the Sharc passes, the bikes, and the comfortable beds. It had everything we needed to relax and have fun.
Marjie S. Jun 2017
Being in Tennis Village does not give free access to the Courts on this site.
4 good bikes are available in this Condo.
There were conflicting comments about the availability of wifi here. We were pleased to find out that, in fact, there is wifi.
Michael Z. Jun 2017
left the windows open to help minimize the sour smell. Well maintained and cleaned, just older carpets and slight smell. great location, and very functional usable space. Great for a family or two on vacation. I was solo for business...
Kirk G. May 2017
Quiet setting. Clean place. Perfect location for attending a conference at SunRiver. 3-5 minutes walk to the Great Hall and conference area; 5-10 minutes walk to Main Lodge building.
Eric B. Feb 2017
The location was perfect as it's just a few hundred feet from the conference center. That meant my wife could walk to her conference, leaving me with the car to go to Mt Bachelor every day. :)
Lindsey C. Jan 2017
This unit is close to the village and Sharc. It's also easy to find coming into Sunriver from the highway. Multiple TV's, gas fireplace and decent amount of kitchenware. We would definitely come back here.
J Adam B. Oct 2016
This place was a very good value. I think the price reflects the carpet that needs some attention and some outdated furniture. But overall the location is super for attending events in Sun River. Easy walk to Grand Lodge for conventions. We also had about 20 people over for a breakfast one morning, and the house was very nicely equipped with plenty of plates, pitchers, coffee maker, 2 toasters. Overall a very nice stay.
Manager response:
We are delighted to see that this guest had a nice time here. We politely ask that guests not have more than the people listed on their reservation at the home at any time without having received prior permission. Thank you!
Brandon K. Aug 2016
A very pleasant place to stay for a family of four at a price more reasonable than most. If you would like to rent a house but the additional expense is a bit too much, this is a very good compromise. Due to the design of the condos, you have more privacy and less noise from neighbors than you would expect.
Reed S. Aug 2016
The location was incredibly convenient to the conference that we were participating in. The only drawback is that unlike other housing at Sunriver, there isn't a hot tub near for people to use (there may be one in the SHARC area, but we didn't have a chance to find it).
Macie H. Jul 2016
The location is perfect. The condo is near the lodge and tennis courts. It is also close to the SHARC and the village. We would stay here again.
ORLANDO L. Jul 2016
We were extremely pleased with the location and the well supplied kitchen. The only complaint was the soiled and dirty carpet in certain areas. The rental agency should provide better oversight of the property.
Manager response:
We apologize that the carpet was in poor condition for this stay; now that the busy summer season has ended we have had the carpets cleaned.
Alexandra G. Jul 2016
Typical rental but excellent location
Casey M. Jun 2016
My family enjoyed our time at Tennis Village #12. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We do hope to come back!
Stephen B. Jun 2016
Good location and good size for 2-4 people. Needs some updating and better cleaning attention. However, very satisfied with functionality and our needs. If you are looking for five star accommodation look else where. Very quiet, but likely choose a good weekend to be there. Agency needs to respond more quickly to questions and any urgency. That being said, value for money and location, and sharc passes make that even more so. Would recommend this condo to budget conscious clients.
Carrie C. Apr 2016
enjoyed our stay!
Sheldon N. Apr 2016
This was a a nice little place for our family of 5 to stay for spring break! I do think that the condo looked a little more luxurious in the pictures than it really was, but nevertheless, for the price it was just fine! The best part for our family was the 6 unlimited passes to SHARC (pool)!
Bianca H. Oct 2015
Sunriver is a favorite retreat and we have stayed in Tennis Village before. It was surprising that this unit was so dated and somewhat shabby. Although the pictures show it off beautifully and the furniture was fairly comfortable, the actual overall feel of this condo was less than bright and airy. Some major updates are in order.
Betty S. Oct 2015
Great location. We had two couples and there was a nice set up with two Masters for both couples. That is hard to find. We also liked the TV's in each Master. The back deck was used a lot. The chairs were adequate but would have been nice to have some cushions. That is a picky thing but a nice touch.
The barbecue did not work so our steaks had to be broiled and that was not expected nor appreciated. I am sure they will fix that issue. The noise carries in the condo so be aware! LOL We had a great time. If you golf play Crosswater. What a wonderful experience with the added bonus of the fall colors. Spectacular!
Krystal L. Aug 2015
Really enjoyed the condo. It was a great location being close to everything. We rented bikes, but it would be nice if there were a few included with the rental. Will come back...
Susan A. Jul 2015
12 Tennis Village had everything we needed and more! Just steps away from the sage spring spa, it was easy to sign up for a 6am fitness class and return again for a soak in hot tub. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with everything we needed for the meals we made and they even had a little booster seat for our 2 year old. Perfection. Thank you owners of 12 Tennis and Vacasa!
Ralph H. Jul 2015
The design of the Tennis Village units (2BR, 2BA on 2 levels w/kitchen, dining room and living room) is perfect for a family, or for two couples.
Gretchen D. Apr 2015
So close to the Great Hall and Homestead. But we were able to very comfortably sleep and accommodate 6 of us . The kitchen was well stocked and furnished, including outside grill. Even got an email when the unit was ready at 11:00 am so we could check in early. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely recommend staying there.
Vickie K. Apr 2015
Another website had same condo for $50 more a night. The condo was beautiful and just perfect for our vacation. Will definitely come back specifically thru Vacasa!!!
