Great home for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of wood for the fireplace, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

This is a nice house with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked, large fridge, two microwaves, tons of firewood and fire starter. Near Fort Rock Park, walking path right out the back door.
Minor things: One of the back burners on the stove wasn't working, and the fireplace lighter ran out of fuel. There's a VCR with plenty of VHS movies, there IS a DVD player just not hooked up.
Plenty of books in the house to read as well.
It's also a two-story house which is hard to tell from the photos, but that worked out great for us as we were celebrating my father-in-law's 70th birthday. They got the big master suite downstairs, we took the queen room and our toddler had the twin room - both upstairs.
View is beautiful out the living room/dining room windows.
We would definitely consider staying here again.

I loved the big open view of the trees from the deck and the living room. The master bedroom was very comfortable.

We loved the house. It was a perfect setup for a family of four plus grandparents. Great location near Fort Rock Park and well-provisioned.
Tiffani S.Aug 2018
Loved the location, the semi private deck, the cozy feel, and noticeable updates to the home (kitchen, floors)

nice setting, kids loved it

This home has been nicely remodeled. Very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were great. The 3rd bedroom is very separate from the rest of the house which our kids didn't like, but some might really appreciate. There are only 2 TVs in the house. The one in the living room is small. No working remote during our stay. Also, only a VCR. Though lots of good old movies. The kitchen had most of what we needed, but not nearly as well stocked as most Sunriver homes we've stayed in. Neighbors are very close and were very noisy.

Lovely, relaxing setting with fantastic windowed view of the surrounding woodlands! All necessities on main floor huge plus for our special needs daughter.

Conifer 11 was a lovely home in the woods, walkable to the Ft Rock Park that our kids loved. Biking to SHARC and Village was easy and enjoyable. Updated bathrooms and kitchen in the unit were lovely.

Great access to all that Sunriver has to offer.
Just a few nits on the condition of the property. But if anything critical needed to be addressed, I know that Vacasa would have addressed it quickly.
Wife and family had a great time.

i was surprised at how nice the house was.

Cozy home. Loved the wood fireplace on those snowy nights.

This was our 1st time not only in Sunriver, but also using vacasa. We were extremely pleased with both!
The ease of searching a property that would accommodate our needs was extremely efficient. The property was clean and FULLY stocked with towels, which was a relief. There was also a fully stocked kitchen, pans have seen better days, but overall efficient. There is a TV in the master bedroom as well as the living room, though we did not spend much time in the home watching. The view from the living room when you walk in, is exactly what I expected!

Cute place, clean and love the new carpet, updated bathrooms. I would totally stay here again. Close to the Village and SHARC.

We love this house for our 7-person family vacation: 2 grand parents, 2 parents, and 3 small children. A very comfortable house. Adequate kitchen for cooking for seven. It's very close to a wonderful park and to bike paths. The swimming pools are fantastic for all ages. Nature center and observatory are very interesting. Close to other interesting places near Sun River also.

VACASA on Grounds Manager and staff very helpful.
The house looks marvelous in the photos, probably the photos were taken immediately after remodel. The house needs some major deep cleaning, as there were vacuum marks in the middle of the carpet, but dead bugs and candy wrappers in the corners, very soiled window blinds, toilets were left with dry body fluids, the beds felt like trampolines, thick layer of dust on the lamps in the children's bedroom, cob webs in the clean air vents, pillow cases not washed, Mold on the shower curtains, soiled kitchen utensils in the drawers---all things one cannot see from the advertised online photos. Very close to the train tracks so at night it can be perceived as loud. The windows make for a wonderful view!

This is a great cabin, good location. the photographs make it look pretty remote, but it's snuggled into one of the neighborhoods between other houses. however it still has quite a bit of privacy in the back of the house, and the hottub is walled off of the neighbor on that side. it was very clean and the interior has been updated and was very cozy. We had three adults and three kids in our group, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Our only complaint was the beds... it's time to upgrade them!

My family and my friends love this pretty little house!

This is a very nice wood cabin/house with great open updated kitchen, dining and living room area. The newer couches are very comfortable and the choice of VCR movies is good although a few are getting rather funky and worn. The upstairs rooms cozy and the master suite is large, private and quiet. Bathrooms are nicely updated.

Although it was stated no animals were allowed and this was a pet free rental, there was dog hair on the furniture and carpets.
Everything else was great, we really enjoyed our time and this beautiful home. Super roomy for our family of 5, great layout for cooking and spending time with the family. I just love the big living room windows they were amazing because it had just snowed that week and the view was just wonderful. Being able to see the freshly formed icicles on the window tops and all the trees covered in snow! It was great because we could watch our kids play out in the snow from inside the house & not miss a thing! Plus there was lots of privacy which we really appreciated .The area was amazing, the private hot tub was perfect and we really enjoyed the SHARC passes. The snow tube area was so much fun and it was nice to use the pool as well that was a lot of fun with the basketball hoops and volleyball in the pool. Even though my kids are older being in their teens and one in college they all had a great time.

The furnishings are very comfortable and accommodating. We had two couples, one child and four additional adults who were all very happy with the number of beds, amount of seating, the number of bathrooms and with the overall architecture and design of the entire property. A great deal of care has gone into the design throughout the house.
Lisa L.Aug 2015
Overall, we were very pleased with this house. It was clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. Our boys (7 and 9) loved being able to bike freely around the cul-de-sac and the adults enjoyed the privacy of the back porch.

This home has been recently updated and it shows. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful.
The living room has a great view (set back from the biking trail a bit for privacy) we saw 4 different sightings of deers casually walking by.
The location is perfect, with a quick and easy walk to the park and bike trail. And a short bike ride to the SHARC and Village. Definitely central to the best of Sunriver.
Recommendations to future visitors: Bring or rent your own bikes. Although there are several in the garage, most are out of commission. Also, if you have little ones you might want to bring a stepstool, some of the counters are a bit high.

This was a very cute house. Older but very clean and cute. The new hot tub was awesome, it was very close to fort rock park, which was great for letting the older boys ride there bikes down to play basketball. Very quiet, and relaxing. It was a little cozy for 2 families of 4, but doable. We are planning a trip next summer and will most likely stay here again.

Love the deck and the spaces work nicely. The location is great near the Park. very quiet with a beautiful wooded view.

I really like the location here. It provides a lot of view and privacy. The only one thing that was not pleasant was that we were locked out for 4 hours. There was only one key in the lock box. We went out to buy grocery and after unlocking the door, we accidentally left the key on the kitchen counter. After trying to get more groceries in, we suddenly realized that we were locked out due to the feature of the double lock. We were not warned ahead and were only given one key. It was Monday morning 9:30. We arrived previous night, so this was our first day and we didn't carry the property management's phone number. We had to find neighbors to help. We kept calling for the property management office but only got the answering machine. We left a few messages and still no one called back. Our neighbor gave us their management office (Sunset Lodging) to help, they were extremely helpful. They sent an email to our property management Vacasa. We didn't hear from them and had to hire a locksmith from AAA but the guy was not able to unlock it for us ( ). He decided to phone his wife and asked her to keep calling Vacasa for us. After 4 hours they arrive and open the door for us. We didn't have breakfast and lunch till 3:00. We were hungry and tired. They were only willing to refund $90 (half of the day) but our plan for golf was ruined. We only stayed for 4 nights. On the 3rd night our internet was suddenly logged out while we were enjoying our dinner watching neflix. Vacasa told us they would take care of it the second morning. They second day they told us we had to call the broadband company because it was their problem and nothing Vacasa could do. We explained to them how important it was for us to have internet and it would be our last day here and we didn't want to spend a day trying to get through the line with broadband, etc (we did cal and only got the answering machine). We pleaded Vacasa to help fix the problem and they showed up right away and reset the machine and on we went. After all had happened, I must say that, although I was not happy about them not answering calls, but Vacasa immediately fixed the problem- they answer the call immediately after all that had happened. Obviously they care about their business and I am happy with that. They are trying to do things right. Internet breaking down was not their fault but I had a feeling that they would do better in the future in informing their customers what to do. I respect people who is willing to correct their mistakes and make their customers happy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Conifer Lane. The Fort Rock Park is within walking distance which was great for our 3 year old son. The house is also within walking distance to the new Sharc water park and the Village (if you walk along the bike path). The Sharc passes that come with the home are a huge bonus as well. It costs $25 per person for admission to the Sharc center so it was nice to have the passes included. We will definitely rent from Vacasa again. My only recommendation would be an upgrade to the old King mattress in the master bedroom, it was very uncomfortable.

There are 10 or 11 bicycles of varying sizes located in the garage. The conditions ranged from very good to barely rideable. There is a tire pump, but no tools to adjust seats, tighten wheel nuts, etc. One of the three speed bikes had only one operable gear. There is one small helmet. Renters should be alerted to the fact that children 16 and under MUST wear a helmut, and that no helmets are provided.
Yes, thank you for bringing this up. Guests should consider bringing their own helmets for any cyclists under 16.
