Main Street in Groveland is only five miles west, featuring a charming assortment of shops and restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts will also delight in this home's proximity to Yosemite National Park, which awaits only 35 miles east.

Large family friendly, well maintained home with plenty to do nearby and we rented during the COVID pandemic. Each day we enjoyed fishing, swimming, evening walks and barbecue dinners together. Highly recommend this home!

The property is a big mess that in my opinion req. a lot of maintenance and repairs. Lovely support staff as long as promisses is the only thing one expects. If one wants to have a vacation do not come to this property or this management company.

We enjoyed this nice and big house for the July 4th weekend, the equipments might not be tip top condition but is usable, the gas grill might need some maintenance. The wifi is not working but I got my Verizon hotspots no big deals. Overall, we love this place and this is the second time we visit this place, and will definitely come for the third trip in the future.

The house was very clean. Loved the location near the lake. Loved celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday there and taking my kids fishing which caught a beautiful trout.

The house is very spacious and comfortably fits 14! It has some wear and tear, and could use some more games(fooseball, pool or other in the downstairs living room there’s certainly enough space) but the WIFI signal was beyond poor, nearly nonexistent ;( . Also, while the listing doesn’t mention it, there is a perfectly good and working GRILL on the deck.
Whenever needed, assistance from Vacasa staff has always been above and beyond. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately, WiFi in this entire region is very poor. There is only one provider in the area, and the service is substandard. This is not something we can improve. We have updated the amenities to reflect having a gas grill. Thank you!
