This well-furnished condominium is a great place for a family to get away from city life. Guests can cooking everyone's favorite meal in the full kitchen (or out on the private grill!) and light some wood in the fireplace to get comfy. Everyone can have their own space within the condo - and access to a Roku TV!

What's nearby:
Hit the slopes on the main chairlift at Giant Steps in the village area across the road, or head to Navajo Point just a little over two miles from your door. Guests will be within day-tripping distance of Bryce Canyon National Park's awe-inspiring amphitheater (58 miles) and Zion National Park's stunning red canyon (73 miles). Go hiking in Dixie National Forest (just over one mile away) or go fishing in Panguitch Lake (just over 18 miles away).

Stayed here for a few nights during my first trip to Brian Head and I loved every minute! I would absolutely stay again. Very modern and clean also spacious enough for multiple people. I’m glad I decided on this one!

The mattresses are TERRIBLE, and the couch wasn’t much better. We rented this place for 5 nights and ended up leaving a day early because it was impossible to get a good nights rest. Aside from that it was stocked with almost everything you’d need. It was also pretty clean aside from a disgustingly dirty towel that was left in the cabinet next to the TV in the bunk bed room. It was covered in something pinkish brown and smelled like vomit, we just left it where it was and didn’t touch it. I don’t see us revisiting this exact apartment, but maybe somewhere else in Brian Head cause the area is very nice and there’s lots of outdoor activities close by. I’d say 2-3 stars but I’ll be nice and give 3.

Wifi is on and off, every 5-10 minutes wifi goes out, there is something wrong with the router. We could not watch TV's and Roku in the bedrooms because of no internet. Dish TV in the main room is most basic standard, with very few channels. There is no DVD, movies, or anything else. Entertainment is really bad and outdated at this property. Property itself is very nice, somebody invested a lot in it, but without good solid wifi and entertainment it is not good. My recommendation: get a good solid router that is not linksys (their recent software does not work with 2.4 ghz that you have in the unit), get a better TV network with more channels, DVD player, and few movies. Once this is added it will be top property.

During your stay there was a problem with Century Link’s server and not an issue with the router. There was an outage that has since been fixed. It was brand new, and had everything we needed, only suggestion is a better mattress, but everything else was excellent!
