We loved EVERYTHING about this home. The interior is beautifully done with modern amenities and security. The pier lighting was perfect and the fish were abundant! We had a blast and cannot wait to stay again.

Down at the coast for a 4-person fishing trip.
House was perfect location for guide pickup and drop off at the dock to fish Copano. Could also fish at night with the lights. Nicely done interior and able to enjoy the evening sunsets on the porch. Location easy enough to cut over the causeway to Fulton or Rockport. Very enjoyable stay.

Great house. Loved the private pier. Wish the windows didn’t have that plastic covering over them so the view could have been seen from every part of the house. Loved the deck!

Overall the house was great. Plenty of room for our family and the fishing was great. We had a couple of issues but the management team was super quick at getting back to us. Would be great to have the option to use the elevator on site (even if for an additional fee).

The pier is Great!!! Great lighting, good location. We caught a couple of keepers the first night, however the winds with 15-30 mph gust out of the NE changed our fishing luck. The house was awesome. Downstairs one bedroom, that is tucked away with it's own entrance that is basically completely separate from the rest of the house. As you go upstairs to the main part of the house you greeted by a beautiful deck with a stunning view of Copano Bay. You will see beautiful sunsets from here! The kitchen has a coffee pot, bowls, silverware, etc, everything you need for cooking. The kitchen and living room are open to each others so noone is left out while they are cooking. The bedrooms are nice-sized. The master has an awesome shower with dual heads! This house is great, you will feel extremely comfortable here and not want to leave!!! We will definitely book again! Thanks for a memorable family vacation!!!

The home is awesome, very comfortable and plenty of space. The pier is very nice and the views were amazing! There were some technology issues with the internet, no fault of the owner and the issue was resolved. Would definitely come back!

Great house! Spacious, fully equipped and updated with all tech features. Thought of everything on a vacation getaway for fishing, relaxation and Coastal life. Property management was very helpful and responsive as well. Will definitely be back very soon.
