My family of 6 adults and 2-3 year olds just returned from a weekend trip at Reserve at St. Charles Bay. The home was even nicer than the pictures! The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed spending most of the time outside. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house is very tastefully decorated in a beach-theme. It was clean and very functional. We were able to fish off the pier and take the kayak's out as well. We drove to Rockport Beach for an afternoon (less than 10 miles), shopped at HEB, both curbside and in-person, at at Paradise Key, and enjoyed some rain. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will try to return!!

The house is more beautiful in person. The only complaint is it takes forever for the shower to get hot. Otherwise, everything exceeding our expectations. The master bed upstairs was very comfortable and the pool was perfect.

It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary get away, and what an outstanding place to spend it. The views are stunning, the community is new, and the decor is lovely. We enjoyed everything about our lovely stay. The master-suite and bath are very room and cozy, and so is the guest room. While you are not right on the ocean, the view of the gulf and the dolphins that frolic just outside our bay windows were breathtaking. The owners have put great touches and warmth into everything in the home. It really feels like a cozy beach home, not a rental. That’s huge. I have no concerns, and only a mere suggestion…. Because the town is a little drive, it might be nice to have a small basket of 1 days worth of coffee and tea supplies, so if one forgets coffee, or doesn’t get in till later, they can at minimum wake up and enjoy the first morning on the lanai, before going into town to shop. We loved our visit!
