We love this place! It was so convenient and the outdoor exit to the river was great. We’ll be back!

The room was priced at $184 a night, which is a perfectly reasonable price for a standard hotel room in the off-season of Colorado's mountains. Unfortunately, a cleaning fee of $117 and other additional fees took the reasonable price of this $184 standard hotel room to $357. On top of that, there was an additional $35 daily resort fee at the Westin, a $35 self-parking fee, and a $45 booking fee at the hotel front desk, and additional taxes at the hotel which took the grand total of this standard hotel room to more than $475, for one night... in a standard hotel room, on a Monday, in the off-season, during the middle of a pandemic in which the hotel was less than half booked. As it turns out, I could have rented a hotel room directly from the Westin for literally half this price, AND it would have been a nicer hotel room with an actual view. But wait, there's more... the carpet in this $457 standard hotel room was frayed, the chair was broken, the upper windows were missing the pull-down roller shade, the room had no privacy because the room was on the first floor and 3 feet to a well-used walking path, and the back wall of this hotel room is made entirely of glass, which made for a perfect view of everybody walking by, but unfortunately this first floor hotel room in the mountains had no other view. So to recap, $457 for one night in a hotel of this caliber, on a Monday night, during the off-season, in the middle of a pandemic, with no view, no privacy, and nothing special to speak of was about $300 overpriced. I feel ripped off. The one saving grace of this rental was its location, which was great, which is why I didn't leave a 1 star review. Do yourselves a favor and rent directly from the Westin, you'll save money and will get a better room.
