This calming beachfront unit 1002 is a delightful vacation getaway located at Sundestin; featuring carpeted and tile floors throughout the unit. One can enjoy the Gulf front view from a spacious balcony enjoying the sun and the view of the emerald green waters of Destin, Fl. Other unique features included in the rental unit are open granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, so cooking your favorite meal is a breeze. The dining table has easy cozy seating for up to four people for any meal or maybe a card game. For one’s listening pleasure a CD stereo player has been placed inside the unit, so make sure that you bring CDs. Worried about missing a TV show, Don't be just use the TVs located in the unit. Forgot to bring a movie; we have you taken care of with an onsite DVD kiosk filled with newly released DVDs and two DVD players are located in the unit.

The location of Sun Destin Beach Resort is great. Many restaurants and grocery stores near by. The staff when checking in and crossing in the halls throughout our stay were very friendly. This is one of the cleanest locations I have ever stayed. Our particular condo was a one bedroom, but the couch was also a sleeper sofa. All of the posted pics are exactly what you get! I would recommend this location to others and will stay again :)

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Not brand new and could use some small bits of updating but overall very nice. View was excellent. We were in between choosing this unit and another one on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th. So glad we chose the 10th floor. Better view and a littler further away from the busy overcrowded pool on Labor Day weekend. Beach was amazing. We had to walk down the beach little to be able to use our own umbrella and chairs but it was worth it with the smaller crowds. Would definitely go back.

Location was great. Wonderful views. Little updating needed. Having the extra half bath was convenient just wish more counter space. Would stay here again

This is a nice little apartment- liked having a half bath on top of full bath. Very clean. The view is amazing! Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Would stay there again.
