This home is located in a quiet gated community within walking distance of El Paseo (half a mile north), the stretch of downtown Palm Desert known for its high-end boutiques, excellent restaurants, and lively nightlife. You'll also be immediately east of the semi-private Shadow Mountain Golf Club, one of dozens of world-class golf courses in the area, and one mile north of the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. If you're a tennis enthusiast, be sure to time your visit for the annual BNP Paribas Open, which takes place at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden five miles east.

*Heat for the pool or pool spa can be requested! 24 hours notification and a fee of $72 per day plus tax are required in order to heat the pool or pool spa. Guests do not have access to spa without payment for heat.
*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
