We had the most amazing stay at Seabury Escape, the house is beautiful and so clean and welcoming it. The area is close enough to all the points of interest in the area. The driveway has plenty of parking and lighting when it gets dark. Once you open the door you are taken back by the openness of the kitchen & living room. All 3 bedrooms are decorated very nicely, have plenty of bedding options and pillows. The master bathroom is spa like, the shower has 3 shower heads and a separate soaking tub. We had 4 adults & never ran out of hot water, which was such a bonus after a long day, a hot shower or bath is just what you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans that you will need, along with utensils & paper products. We did use the washer & dryer once which helped a lot when we got home, we didn't have to worry about all the dirty laundry as we did it the day before we left. We will definitely be coming back to Seabury Escape for our next vacation.

The house is fully equipped with plenty of space, privacy, a great deck and peaceful views. Everything was clean and in good shape. We loved the time here and will definitely keep this in mind for future escapes. The quality of the construction is impressive, incidentally.

Came from NY looking for a safe, clean place to visit with the family. We were looking for a home that had a spacious interior and plus lots of outdoor space, and we found the perfect option. Having spent months keeping safe at home we wanted a place where we felt comfortable when we gathered with our adult kids/spouses and our newborn granddaughter for the first time. This home was a perfect fit with its open layout and beautiful vaulted ceilings. The interior was beautifully decorated. It was bright, clean, modern, and had every amenity we could have hoped for. Kitchen was stocked for any cooking needs - even had a pot for us to make fresh lobster (we planned ahead and brought our own crackers & picks). The master bedroom was spacious and had a great closet & laundry area, loved the bathroom, bed was quite comfy! The master looks out to the backyard and had some pretty views as the sun was rising each morning. The two other guest rooms were on the opposite side of the house and decorated nicely as well.

We wanted to be able to spend much of our time outdoors still since we were coming together from different households as we were coming out of Covid restrictions, so the outdoor space was a priority and turned out to be great - deck was a good size, besides the couch, we had space to put a couple of our travel chairs to spread out a bit more and the gas grill was perfect so we could cook meals at home. The fire pit is exactly what we were looking for - and big bags of wood were easy to come by for $10-20 just along the main road. There was plenty of yard space to enjoy, with a flat area for the corn hole game we brought along. While you're there, do yourself a favor and look up - enjoy those millions of stars - we just can't see that here in NY - fun to watch them literally shoot across the sky!

We were really happy to find this new listing and it turned out to be just what we needed after many months of quarantine. Like one of the other reviewers, we too had been heading to SC but cancelled our trip and headed north to avoid a high risk area. We felt quite lucky finding this beautiful home right next door to Acadia National Park with lots to do nearby - trails & hikes, the adorable town of Bar Harbor, delicious (& safe) dining options, access to water views, and people behaving responsibly with masking. We highly recommend this rental - don't hesitate to visit. Thanks so much for your hospitality - you have a beautiful home!

My family of 6 rented this wonderful home Aug 8-15th 2020. Not much I can say but perfect! Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect home. Beautiful modern home, awesome decorations, great appliances and kitchen utensils. Loved the deck in the morning, the fire pit at night and even saw the Perseus Meteor shower perfectly. Did I mention perfect? We absolutely loved this home along with Acadia Park/Bar Harbor. We're not related to the owners nor have any stake in the property. We were just lucky enough to have found it 2 weeks before our unplanned vacation after our initial South Carolina trip was cancelled. I wish we lived closer than 10 hours away so we could visit more often. If you're hesitating to rent this home-don't wait any longer and book it.
