Very nice place, comfortable, well supplied, clean, and beautiful. Teens loved the Xbox. I would happily stay here again. Note that the driveway is short but steep, AWD good if it's snowy.

House is beautiful and spacious. Beds were so comfortable (they all have memory foam toppers). Location is very close to Lake Wenatchee and not too far (30min) to Leavenworth. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this house for cross country skiing. The groomed trails are twenty feet away.

The house was a great little house a bit outside of Leavenworth which we knew as we were having dinner at the Wildflour.

Only small things early check out at 10am which I didn’t pay attention to originally. Also there is a sump pump (I believe ) under master bedroom. Due to the snow melt it was was frequently and was quite loud.
Manager response:
We appreciate your feedback! Our apologies for any inconvenience due to the noise. All homes in the Cascade mountains have sump pumps in order to protect the home once the snow begins to melt in the Spring. We have since put the pump on a timer and it no longer runs from 9pm to 10am due to this feedback. We truly look forward to your next stay with us, thank you!

The Good - location, location, location. Right on the sledding hill and next to trail system. Good space overall. Beds and couches were comfortable. It should noted that there is no parking in garage pictured.

The Bad - probably not owner's fault, we arrived for 4:00 check-in to find cleaning person there not wearing a facemask and didn't leave until 5:00. Also, several kitchen utensils with food on them and in kitchen drawers (again, likely not owner's fault). Felt like kitchen items needed to be washed before being used.

The In-between - It would be nice to have coffee maker or tea kettle, more than 4 coffee mugs and 3 wine glasses, and a paper towel dispenser. Also, there were blankets so visiting pets could be on furniture, but it wasn't clear which were extra blankets for people and which were for animals, which meant we avoided use of either.
Manager response:
We appreciate your feedback following your stay! We have passed your comments to local management to review and since your stay a coffee maker, coffee mugs, wine glasses, paper towel dispenser have been added to the kitchen. Also, there is a note in the master bedroom closet, explaining which blankets and dog beds are for dogs. Additionally, we would like to make mention that local staff follows strict mask-wearing protocols and in rare cases exceptions are made for those with disabilities. Our apologies for any discomfort felt. We truly look forward to your next visit, thank you!

This was an amazing home to stay at. It was clean and cozy. I love the fact that the owner put changers cable everywhere. The lay out of the house was amazing. Thank you!
