As one of your guests prepares something tasty in the full kitchen (complete with full-size appliances, cooking tools, and a dishwasher), the musically inclined can plink out a tune on the piano in the lounge one room over. Enjoy grilling outside on the deck, then sit down for a meal together using the included dining setup. The kitchen even has a direct connection to the porch, so you'll be able to bring out the side dishes easily. At night, you'll find an air conditioning unit in each of the bedrooms, as well as a small nook workspace in two of the rooms to help you finish any remote work or schooling with ease.

What's nearby:
There are multiple beaches within a short drive, including Eastville Point Beach (three miles north) and Inkwell Beach (three miles northeast). Sail Camp Park is less than a mile from the house as well. You'll also be extraordinarily close to a local walking trail, in addition to the Trade Winds Field Trailhead just one and a half miles away. When you're ready to hit the greens, you can play 18 holes of golf seasonally at Farm Neck Golf Club (just over two miles east).
