Up to eight guests can settle easily into the comforts of this Whychus Creek home while enjoying the tranquil sounds of flowing water just below the back deck. You may feel like you’re “getting away from it all,” but you certainly are not roughing it in this newer home with cathedral ceilings, bright, modern furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The home is bright, welcoming, and modern. Enter the main open room and grab a seat on the plush sectional to relax with a book or some pleasant conversation in front of the gas fireplace. After a long day, you might play one of the available board games, or turn on the flatscreen cable TV to watch a DVD or Blu-ray, or stream your favorite shows on Netflix over WiFi.
After a pleasant home-cooked meal, dine inside, where the dining table converts easily from seating four to six, with two additional seats at the bar. You may want to head outside to enjoy Sisters' nice weather and sip cocktails by the river while listening to the bird songs and splashing current of the water. Grill a special dinner on the gas grill and enjoy a meal on the deck under the stylish, fabric awning.
Eight guests easily fit in the three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, rustic furnishings, and a full private bath with dual sinks. The second room has a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the third has a queen-size bed. A shared full bath is easily accessible in the hall. This home also includes many important comforts such as a private washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and ceiling fans.

The location was perfect. Quiet and comfortable, but close enough to town to walk. We enjoyed our stay.
We had a wonderful time relaxing on the deck listening to the sound of the Whychus Creek flowing by, watching the deer come right up to our deck and wild turkey crossing the creek. Nature at its best! The home is lovely, very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a memorable vacation. The location of the home is within walking distance of town yet giving the feeling of being hidden away in forest wonderland.
The house is in a perfect position for people to explore the outdoors or simply to wander around the town of Sisters. Roomy and comfortable the serenity of Whychus Creek meandering through the back yard is an added plus.
We had a great time. The setting is beautiful and so close to town. We never used our car. Just walked right into town.
Ideal location, so peaceful and quiet, well-appointed. This place is a gem and we will return!
Our family loved this home and the fabulous location!
Comfortable, clean, beautiful back deck, right off the main drag in Sisters. Fair price and overall a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I'm rating this four stars because 5 stars means it was perfect and this place was not. There was no dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent provided (or if there was it was extremely well hidden). The glass recycling bin was completely full upon arrival. The kitchen was also only supplied with the barest of bones, and while I can't even call this a con since it's certainly not required, it does fall in line with a 4 star experience.
The cons are easily fixable, and none of them are red flags at all. We all had a great time and so will you!
We apologize if housekeeping missed stocking the detergents. The dishwasher detergent should always be located under the sink, and the laundry detergent in the cupboard above the washing machine. Both detergents are in pod form and are at times overlooked if one is not used to using pods. The glass recycling is on a scheduled pick up with the disposal company, and we apologize if the prior guests filled up the bin. We are always open to suggestions for improvement, so any ideas of needed cookware would be appreciated. The property manager's number is provided on the fridge so guests can call for assistance during their stay. Thank you!
Nice home on creek with quiet relaxing view. Great sized rooms but no TV in Master Bedroom. TV in living room to small. Also sign in home requested us to wash towels (no laundry soap). Maintenance workers asked us one morning to move our car from driveway so they could clean off the pine needles (we said no we were eating breakfast). Very rude to disrupt guest. But honestly we would rent it again.
We apologize if we missed stocking laundry detergent for this guest, and we apologize if the scheduled landscaping was an inconvenience. They do come at the same time every week per our agreement with them. Thank you!
My husband and I took my elderly parents (87 years old) to Sisters for a few days. The house was perfect for them...e.g. no stairs, walk-in shower. Very clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. They really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and hearing the sounds of the creek. A few deer came by which was an added bonus. We’ll definitely come back in the future.
Creek babbling, ample spaces, attentive hosts, close to town but secluded.
This lovely home serves as a home away from home in this beautiful region of the state. Sitting on the deck listening to and viewing the babbling brook was most enjoyable. We looked forward to almost daily visits by neighboring deer no more than ten feet from the house at times.
The house was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have so much space for several adults. And the setting was beautiful. It was close to town, and the shops, as well as having nearby hiking trails. And it has a great hot tub! We stay in a rental home in Sisters every year for an annual golf tournament. This house was by far my favorite one that we have ever stayed in. The only thing we missed, was that my partner really likes a TV in the bedroom, which the house didn't have. But, I loved staying here.
Newer, clean home - beautiful view of creek and forest land. Quiet.
A beautiful home with a great view and hot tub. All on one story for us older visitors that have trouble with stairs.
We loved it so much. We are hoping to return in the future!!!
Great location, beautiful, almost over the creek!
This home feels absolutely brand new, and very well designed. Nothing beat the deck and Whychus Creek right out the patio doors. Lovely!
5 of us women who went to high school together, now in our 60s, get together every year. This is the 15th 3-4 bedroom house we have rented and is the only one we have reserved twice! The house is spotless, beds are comfortable, neighborhood quiet, the creek off the deck and the view of trees out the back make for a wonderful stay. It is very close to town and restaurants and grocery store is maybe 5 minutes down the road. If you're flying in, I'd highly recommend arriving in Redmond/Bend as the drive from Portland is about 3 hours and can be quite brutal over the mountains. Management was quick to respond on some minor issues we had last year. Highly recommend!
We were in Sisters for a wedding. The location was perfectly situated for both the wedding venue (5 Pines) and our family on Tyhee one road over. A hot tub would have been fun. The rooms were nice. The lights were on and TV on when we arrived. It was a nice welcome.
For somebody that likes to hike or fly fish in the many options available in this area, this location is ideal. It's one of those something for anybody places. While others are taking advantage of the magnificent outdoor opportunities those less inclined can shop or browse the many shops in Sisters. Great balance and combination of alternatives. Some good restaurants too. The Open Door probably has the freshest food, tastefully served.
We had a great time. The home is perfect and layed out really well
Loved the deck and the creek views.
We will come back
The Whychuss Creek house ins Sisters is well located to the downtown shopping and restaurant. The deck overlooking the creek is wonderful.
We all slept at night with the windows open enjoying the cool night air and sounds of the creek.
I would return again. Loved the I=entire area.
Although the area was very smokey due to the forest fires, we had a great time. The home is beautiful, the creek right outside was a perfect place to sit and relax. Great biking, close shopping.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sisters. There's a small creek flowing through at the back of the house, very calm and beautiful place. If I ever visit Sisters, I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay on all points; look forward to returning for a 'sisters retreat' in Sisters -- it was top notch all the way around!
Loved the home on the bubbling Whychus Creek. Great location for walking into town or doing outdoor activities. The added fees and taxes, however, were way out of line, a full third of the total cost, for us $500 for a three night stay! Ridiculous!
Great location on the Whychus creek. Eat on the deck for a very relaxing experience.
The house is walking distance to downtown. We took the bus to the rodeo, which made it really easy. Grabbed a couple of steaks from smokehouse butcher and potatoes, etc from the market and BBQ'd. Definitely would stay here again. Very nice accommodation!
We are already discussing returning to Sisters, next time staying our entire visit in Sisters and at this home especially. We were very happy and comfortable.
This house is perfect for a couple of families. One of the best we have ever rented. Plan to use it again.
Wish I was hanging on that back patio as I type!
We brought out guests from Florida to Sisters this past week. They couldn't get over the beauty of the high desert!! The house was great and the creek behind was so peaceful. We will be back.
Great quiet and clean place for relaxing by the river!
The home was wonderful, the creek was tantalizing and the city of Sisters so inviting! We were visiting family so the park nearby swas extra nice! We would definitely stay here again! Everything needed was supplied!!!!!
The creek view is breathtaking. We found ourselves on the deck listening to the water while quietly drinking our preferred morning brews. Easy walk into town and to the Deschutes National Forest hiking trails. The family focused living room gas fire place kept us warm and cozy. we enjoyed our neighborhood walks and meeting the local deer families.
I would recommend this house. My sisters and I had a great stay. The house has everything needed, washer and dryer was high end and quiet, creek just outside the back is relaxing and beautiful. Deer was seen in town and in the front of the house. You will not regret staying there.
This was the perfect place to enjoy Sisters for the weekend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Wychus Creek home! The house and furnishings were so nice and new and beautifully perfect. It even smells like a new home when you walk through the door. The view of the creek was spectacular and we would love to come back in the spring/summer to enjoy it then as well. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the look and ease of the gas fireplace.
We can't say enough good things about this place! We would LOVE to come back for another stay.
Great location! Vacasa was great to work with.
Great place lots of snow when we went in middle of December
Great newer house with a beautiful creek right in the backyard. We would definitely consider renting this property again and would recommend it to others as well.
What a great small western town. Lots happening in the winter & summer, but we loved visiting our new grandbaby nearby in the off-season this fall. Great combination of relaxed, picturesque and love the shopping. This lovely VRBO right on the creek was perfect for our family. Both grown-up and kid-friendly!
My friend and I took a 5 day class at the Stitchin Post and stayed at this lovely house, right on Whychus Creek. We were able to walk to town everyday and never used our car. The area has so much to offer - hiking, healthy eating, relaxation. Wonderful home and very comfortable. We will return.
Overall we were satisfied with our stay here. Clean, comfy, a few blocks from downtown, creek running out the back door, deer right out the window..
Vacasa was great to work with in every way. The house was perfect, nothing could have made our stay any better (maybe a little more sun). :)
Great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Central Oregon. Can't wait to take my kids and grandkids someday.
Excellent property, excellent condition, excellent setting and extremely comfortable.
This house was perfect for our visit to the Sisters area. Location was great and amenities were perfect.
Very comfortable home and close to all that Sisters and environs offer.
A beautiful home on a meandering creek. Perfect location to all the attractions in and nearby the town of Sisters. Ideal for those more active and those more inclined to simply show down and relax.
Had a great weekend here with family. Appreciated being able to walk into town.
We could not have been happier with our stay here. What a peaceful location and perfect for our visiting family. Comfortable rooms for everyone. My boys loved the special touches in the bunk room. We had a wonderful stay! It was hard to leave.
We enjoyed the sound of the creek and watching the deer from the deck. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We could have invited more friends and will plan to come back again!
Great house close enough to walk to downtown sisters, but far enough out that it was peaceful and quiet at the house. Our kids loved the house, and the park nearby.
House and location were ideal. Creek is some peaceful and we lived the daily visits from the deer. Town shuts down early, so make sure you've eaten or shopped for food early. Lovef the dog friendly town and friendly people.
We had a pleasant stay in this WONDERFUL house. The location couldn't be better. Sitting on the deck with the sounds of the creek was the most relaxing experience we have had in a while. We even had a deer come visit us! It came within 5 feet of where we were sitting. That apparently is common in Sisters. We saw more deer in town than dogs or cats!
The property is lovely and pretty new. Sitting on the back deck and listening to the creek and the wind through the trees is heavenly. The beds are super comfortable which is great! We were disappointed in that there were a few areas where the cleaning wasn't up to standard and the microwave was missing the start button so we couldn't use it. Regardless we enjoyed our visit - love Sisters and house location was perfect!
The Property Manager will address the cleanliness and microwave as quickly as possible.
Enjoyed having the creek so close. very nice home for a family visit.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing.
Overall I enjoyed the home and it's natural beauty. Plenty of things to do around there. It was a beautiful home and I would love to stay there again. Seeing a deer through your bedroom window was amazing!
I don't remember the name, but the best BBQ is right across from Dutch Bros. you have to try Sisters Coffee!!!!! Best coffee ever!!!!
I left 3 messages before anyone returned my calls and when someone did call back, I missed their call and trying to get a hold of someone was a nightmare. I called more than 20+ times before I got through to someone, I am by no means exaggerating. Their staff is friendly, that's the only reason I didn't give a One. I didn't get the lockbox code until a few hours before our trip! That was scary. I would reply to messages and emails in a more timely manner.
