Beautiful and quiet and lovely view of the city tree line and downtown Portland.
John E. May 2019
Views are amazing. Very spacious, clean, even better than the great pictures portray! Great central location to everything. We'll definitely say here again.
Isabel C. Feb 2019
Centrally located, clean, and comfortable! We were attending a conference at the Oregon Convention Center and this apartment was close to the Max Line, which made it easy to come and go.
Milton M. Jan 2019
Great location !
Kim A. Dec 2018
We have stayed in this building several times in the psat three years. This is my favorite unit so far. My only critique is that this is the second rental we’ve had recently with a full kitchen and nothing provided to clean the counter tops. I really don’t understand that.
Sasha E. Nov 2018
The space is beautiful, clean, convenient and unique. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an upscale yet affordable place to relax.
cynthia j. Nov 2018
Clean, spacious, amazing views! Easy access to the property. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Alfonso S. Nov 2018
The location is awesome, amazing views, great place.
Andy E. Nov 2018
The building is very well located, just a block from Pioneer Square. The views from the 12th floor can't be beat.
nori m. Oct 2018
Loved the view, the location, the ease of check-in.
The ONLY thing the condo was missing was COFFEE!☹
We have rented a number of homes, and they have always had at LEAST coffee. Other than that, the condo has it all! Would DEFINITLY stay there again and recommend it to friends!

Rachel S. Jul 2018
The view and location can't be beat - those are the two stars. Don't bring any clothes, though, because there are no dressers to put them in. You might want to bring earplugs, because there's no soundproofing and you're in the middle of the city. And if you're planning to have more than one person using the apartment, you need to plan to be together 24/7, because they will only give you one key to the apartment, which is also what allows you you take the elevator up.
Erin & Tim F. May 2018
Perfect for 2 adults and 2 small kids! Very clean and walking distance to tons of fun downtown activities. Would definitely recommend it!!
Cathy K. May 2018
View was amazing.....but Vacasa call center fell short...I Called many times and they gave scripted responses about check in time, information about beds, hair dryer etc...btw, there is a hair dryer in the condo
Samaneh S. Apr 2018
I loved the view and location of this condo.
Walking distance to shopping mall and great restaurants.
Andrius K. Mar 2018
Well kept condo, amazing views, very close to restaurants and nightlife.
Janice A. Jan 2018
Lovely place and beautiful view. Very clean. Good decor
Sophia L. Dec 2017
Overall my experience staying here was great!
Keith B. Nov 2017
The condo, building, and Vacasa were all great. I'll be staying here for my next business trip to PDX. Easy check in process and the condo was super clean.
Linda S. Nov 2017
I only got to spend one night while traveling with my sons and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort. The walls of glass gave a great view, especially at night. I woke early and watched the sun come up while reading a book in the comfy sitting area of the master bedtoom We wandered around th area until about midnight and browsed Powell's books before walking to Chinatown to see the Chinese Garden, then got in the car and continued our trip to Seaside. I would stay there again, better prepared with foods and coffee to keep costs down.
David L. Oct 2017
Excellent Location, easy to walk all around downtown Portland.
Jennifer S. Oct 2017
Great location and beautiful unit!
Krithi S. Sep 2017
If you have more than 2 people, be aware that there is one key and one fob to get into the building. It is needed to use the elevator so it can be annoying if there are multiple people.

The sofa bed was broken and we had a group of 6 which frustrating as well
Manager response:
The property manager is currently working on getting access to a second key for our guests. We are aware of the sofa bed situation and have provided a high quality queen-sized air mattress as a replacement for the time being. The property manager's contact information is provided in the home if guests need assistance during their stay. Thank you!
Rose L. Sep 2017
This home is close to almost everything and is comfortable. Impeccable views.
Todd O. Aug 2017
We really enjoyed our stay here. Newer comfortable furnishings, exciting view and very safe and accessible location. Parking just up the street for $20 per night.
Marina S. Jul 2017
Apartment was big enough for couple with 2 kids and grandma.
View is fantastic!
Cheryl C. Jul 2017
Beautiful condo, but we were a little frustrated that we only got 1 key as we had 5 in our group and you couldn't ride elevator without key so difficult to split up.
Janet C. Jul 2017
Loved this condo! Great, upscale building and the views from the condo were AMAZING! Only complaint is that only one key/fob is provided to guests, so this makes it difficult to coordinate activities/schedules, if guests want to split up and do different things! Overall, we were very pleased with this condo and would rent again in the future!
Aaron M. Jun 2017
Loved the condo's location in downtown PDX. It was spacious enough for six of us to stay there and we had no complaints except one. On the second day of our stay, the second key fob we had stopped working to access the building and the elevators. The staff didn't have the ability to replace the second key fob, which meant we had only one access device for our group of six. When I raised the issue with staff, I was told that it would take a few days to fix the problem. This response was ridiculous because we were leaving the next day.

Other than this administrative problem, everything about the condo was great and we would recommend it to others. It's a great deal for a group looking to stay in downtown.
Alyce H. Jun 2017
We loved this spot! Our only complaints were the number of keys (only one provided). We were attending a wedding and it would have been nice if there were at least two sets because people were on different schedules. We also planned to use the pull out couch as a bed. This ended up not being possible because there was no comforter/quilt/warm blanket provided. There were tons of extra sheets and pillows but only one extra small fleece blanket that wasn't even big enough for a twin bed. Someone tried to sleep on the couch bed one night but it was way too cold without any blankets.
Manager response:
We apologize for the bedding oversight. Had we been notified by the guest we would have brought bedding over as soon as possible. We have reminded housekeeping to be sure there are linens and blankets provided for the sofa bed. Thank you!
Kevin M. May 2017
This condo was in a great downtown portland location, walking distance to everthing downtown and in the pearl, and right on the MAX line. Amazing views toward the river and the SW hills. I can't wait to go back.
Annette M. May 2017
Location was great, clean, safe, beautiful view. It would be nice if there was parking available in the building as opposed to next door - that was a hassle.
Donna K. Apr 2017
Unit was locally right in downtown. We were able to walk everywhere. Unit was spotless and well equipt. Would definitely rent this unit again.
Adam C. Mar 2017
Easy to walk to tons of great restaurants and bars, and the MAX drops off right outside the building. Hard to beat that.
Rick F. Feb 2017
Easy walking distance to all downtown areas and the river front. Great city views.
Stephanie P. Jan 2017
Lovely condo, very close to downtown and public transit, beautiful view.
Chris P. Jan 2017
We enjoyed our trip and can't stress enough how fantastic the view from this apartment was! It was clean and felt right at home!
Lisa H. Jan 2017
We loved this condo. .it was nicely furnished and super convenient..you can walk or uber anywhere you want. .parking isn't included but there is a paid parking place directly across the street and it only cost $13 a day! ! Can't beat that for downtown. You can hear street noise in the mornings but it is in the heart of the city. ..you will get that anywhere. It's a very clean and well secured building and we will be sure to stay here again on our next trip
Diane P. Jan 2017
Great place to stay. Location is the best for restaurants and shopping. We never had to use our car during our stay. Unit had everything that we needed and awesome views. I would definitely stay here again.
Jonathan C. Dec 2016
This was a beautiful place to stay in and very safe. I lived in Portland for a year and always love coming back to visit. I will use this service for all future travels home.
Dave G. Dec 2016
Great location, highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of everything and close to public transit. Room had amazing view.
Roger B. Oct 2016
Beautiful views and central location to Portland. We liked how we paid everything in advance (including maid service), this way we didn't have to wonder if we were going to be charged a cleanup fee. Very pleasant experience at a smaller, yet impressive place.
Jean B. Oct 2016
I realize that I got this unit at a lower rate during an off seasonal week but expected it to be at least par with any hotel -- clean floors, 2 sets of towels vs 1 towel, hair dryer -vs- none, 2 bars of soap for shower & sink -vs- 1 to be shared, cable TV -vs- below basic on Alaska timezone, HOT water -vs- lukewarm during peak times in morning, 2 sets of keys -vs- 1 to be shared with my co-worker.

It's a nice unit at a great location, but that's it. I would not consider renting the unit again.
Manager response:
We are disappointed to see that this guest was not better pleased with our services. We will follow-up with housekeeping regarding the proper stocking of the home, the Property Manager dropped off a hair dryer during this guest's reservation, and cable is not an advertised amenity for this unit. We appreciate having the opportunity to respond to this feedback.
Sharlene M. Oct 2016
The location of this property is GREAT to walk around Portland. The view is spectacular from the living room and Master Suite.
Angie H. Oct 2016
Great place to stay
Kathy H. Sep 2016
We had a wonderful week here in the heart of Portland's downtown - within easy walking distance to many important city sites. The views from this suite were terrific and the building's security provided peace of mind. Remember to pack a hair dryer as one is not provided. Also, having one key and security card is a bit inconvenient so be prepared to strategize with your room mate. Really an excellent rental overall.
Brittany B. Sep 2016
Awesome location in the heart of downtown, which made it easy to walk everywhere. If you have a rental car there are plenty of street parking options and garages in the area.
Jeanie S. Aug 2016
We recently stayed here for a weekend with our three teenage sons. The building is brand new with nice amenities such as workout facilities and a community lounge/terrace. The location is a bit quieter than surrounding areas, but was well situated for walking to the river and the Pearl District. The apartment itself is quite compact, but all of the space is used very efficiently. There are floor to ceiling windows in the living/dining room and master bedroom with spectacular views. The furnishings were modern and very attractive. The kitchen is well equipped if you choose to dine in.
Dot A. Aug 2016
Lovely apt with fantastic floor to ceiling downtown views. No charge for parking for 1 vehicle beneath the building. Easy walking distance to the Portland Art Museum, shopping (Nordstroms, Macys, Marios) and a multitude of restaurants. Could also walk to the Pearl District (8-9 blocks).

There is NO cable for television (Netflix only), dressers to store clothing or hair dryers. There is coffee and sugar/creamer in the kitchen. Washer & dryer is available in the apt, but no detergent. There is a nice workout area on the 3rd floor and an attractive common area on the 6th floor.

Would consider staying here again due to the convenience and gorgeous views.
Wanly S. Jul 2016
Wonderful views and location. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and Max line. New and clean furnishings. Only downside is that there is only one key and security pass issued which makes it inconvenient if more than one guest is staying.
Geoffrey P. Jul 2016
Great apartment in a nice location.
Lisle H. Jul 2016
The condo is brand new and has everything you would expect from a home away from home. The views where amazing and you can't beat the location. The complex has a gym and also a really cool common area on the 6th floor. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Portland.
Michelle W. Jun 2016
The location is ideal for visiting Portland. The home is very modern with great amenities aside from working Internet or a functioning television as it was not setup.
Manager response:
