Lakeview condo with private deck, close beach access, skiing nearby

Get ready for an unforgettable getaway with your family and friends! This Montana condo has all the mountain beauty and lake-view wonder you need, as well as a private deck and plenty of amenities.

Whitefish's shopping and dining are just a short walk away, but with your home for six right on the shores of Lake Whitefish, you may never want to leave! A public dock and available boat slips (HOA fees and registration apply), allow for plenty of lakeside fun, as does the shared private beach.

Wood paneling on the ceiling and furnishings creates a nice contrast with more modern touches, making this home very welcoming. You'll appreciate this atmosphere as you step inside from the private deck to the living room, where you can warm up by the fire on a plush sofa and armchairs. With WiFi and a cable flatscreen TV, you'll never be bored.

A full selection of basic appliances makes the kitchen a great place for cooking! Take in your meals at the indoor table for four, or grill up some food out on the deck. When you're done, just load the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Six guests can stay in this one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat. A queen-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed set in wooden frames in the bedroom, with a sleeper sofa out in the living room. You can wake up to a relaxing shower in the nearby bathroom.

As nice as the lake's sandy shores and shared amenities can be, don't forget about the rest of Montana! Bring everyone along for the ride for fun hikes at Glacier National Park, just 27 miles to the east. Don't worry if you're visiting in the wintertime - Whitefish Mountain Resort offers incredible skiing, and it's just seven miles away!

Great location and very quiet. Lovely fireplace.

Everybody is different, but for me I was expecting something a little more upscale and comfortable for the price. I am sensitive to lighting and found it to be dim and a bit claustrophobic. Decorated nicely but a bit dated.

Maybe I'm just spoiled because our only other experience with a VRBO property was very, very nice and great value for the dollar.

We recently stayed for 3 nights. Check in process was simple and communication was prompt. The home itself is small and outdated. The unit we stayed in was a basement unit with a long narrow staircase to enter which set the tone. We had lots of outdoor activities planned so didn't spend a lot of time in the unit, other than to sleep. Slept our family of 5 just fine with the pull out couch. It was a bit on the dirty and run down side compared to the two other properties we rented while in Glacier/Whitefish. It was near the lake but there is not lake access and was a 1 mile walk from downtown.

It was amazing. I would have liked to know the additional steps and direction from the cabin to the lake. We thought we could actually see the lake from the porch. It was a very relaxing cabin though, there were deer everywhere. It was nice to leave the door open and hear the outdoors. Just get away from California. The ton was little and cute. If you would like a small getaway then this is the place.

Wonderful location. Clean unit and comfy beds, would definitely book again.

We were very happy to find this property overlooking the lake. We spent most of our time on the deck looking at the spectacular view. It was private and very quiet, plus we had access to the lake itself. Deer roamed the property. Red squirrels and blue jays hung out in the trees. The accommodations were not fancy but comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

This was a nice place to stay. I would definitely come back. We enjoyed the location and swimming in the lake (but it is pretty cold).
