Featuring three spacious bedrooms and a loft, this home sits across the road from the nine hole Snowcreek Resort Golf Course and driving range for those visiting during the warmer months. When the snow is falling, bring your gear and head to the slopes of Mammoth Mountain, California's best skiing and snowboarding just a couple miles to the west. In winter, we highly recommend the use of a 4x4 vehicle or tire chains to get to and from this rental.

The open living area has knotty pine ceilings and walls, a cozy sectional sofa, and sliding door access out to the back deck with exceptional views of the local mountain ranges. Adjacent to the living room, there's a dining area with two tables (one for six guests and a side table with seating for two), as well as a breakfast bar attached to the kitchen with two comfortable counter stools.

The sparkling, full kitchen is well-stocked with a variety of essential utensils, cookware, and dinnerware plus an array of countertop gadgets and appliances including the all-important dishwasher to help keep the space nice and tidy during your stay. And enjoy a few barbecued treats thanks to the gas grill outside on the deck.

The bedrooms are all located on the lower level. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private access out to the back patio, and full bath with double-sink vanity. The guest room has a second king bed, full bath, and patio access, and the third room has two twins. On the upper level, there's a spacious loft overlooking the great room with three additional twin beds, ideal for the kids!

With three bedrooms, a furnished loft, and three baths, this home sleeps up to nine guests very comfortably!

The house was pretty spacious, that was definitely a plus. Kitchen could use some upgrades, stove could use some work, mattresses are pretty basic but the 2 bedrooms do have kings which are nice.

Rented this Condo for 6 men. There is plenty of space. Interior is a little dated but we needed a place with many beds for our fishing trip.

The unit, #265, is nicely located, with the spa just behind and next to the trout pond (no fishing allowed, just viewing!!!). The parking is very convenient, with a path from the parking spot directly to the unit.

We stayed in Snowcreek lane for 4 days.

1. Amazing community. Silent but secure.
2. Proximity to shops and restaurants.
3. Accommodates 9 people so when traveling as group, it helps you out.

1. Old & outdated appliances. Needs upgrade although it was not a big concern.
2. Small restrooms
3. Not sure if the vents were working as we felt the nights to be colder in all the bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Overall, the stay was amazing and it is one of the best vacation homes we ever rented.

Very clean and spacious. It was a good base for us to branch out to the surrounding lakes and streams. It was great weather, and no traffic! Great time had by all. Will be back next year.

The property was great. There is a pond in the back. The Jacuzzi is the back close to where the unit is located. Only negative thing was all the bathrooms are down stairs.

This condo is very convenient to all things Mammoth has to offer. It was comfortable, clean and provided ample linens for our large group. The open floor plan was very conducive to communicating and sharing stories around the dinner table. We enjoyed BBQing chicken on the grill on the upper deck and especially liked watching the pair of ducks on the little pond just outside the window. The beds were very comfortable and the heater worked quite well. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay at an extremely affordable price, this is the place for you!

We enjoyed the stay overall for the money but there could be some improvements.
- Two master bedrooms
- 1/2 mile walk to bus stop
- Awesome hot-tub
- 3 bathrooms, only one shared
- Wifi and cable worked well
- Washer and Dryer in unit
- Beautiful views

- Dated appliances and kitchen
- Needs some maintenance repairs
- No ski/board storage area
- Make sure you bring all of the supplies you think you will need for the kitchen because there was not much available compared to other locations I have stayed, paper towels, spices, oils, trash bags.

Comfortably sleeps 9 in the 3 bedrooms and loft. Plenty of space in the living room and dining room for everyone to sit down for dinner. Easy access to Old Mammoth road and the bus system. Overall a very positive experience for our group!
