The customer service exhibited by Taylor at the bell desk was above and beyond
Alexa in the Sierra grille was awesome and of course the facility is always extremely nice
this is our 4th stay at this location

The beds were divine, soft and comfy and a nice assortment of pillows to fit your individual needs. Nice shower and tub, good quality hair and skin products. But the toilet was broken! Kept running, tried to fix it a couple of times, when I told the front desk they said there was nothing they could do but tell the “owner”. What??
Manager response:
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. We will be sure to address this with the local staff. Thank you for your review and we look forward to hosting you again soon.

I was a little upset I couldn't get closer to the village area when this was the last place available, but went with it. The location of this resort was great! It was close enough to ski over to the village in one run or take a quick shuttle. As it turned out, I enjoyed the little separation from the noise of the village. My friends stayed in the village and could hear the shoveling of snow all night. The Squaw Creek Resort is beautiful. The room was simple, but nice. No kitchen, but a small fridge and coffee set up. The USB chargers in the nightstand did not work, which was slightly annoying. My wife went through 3 TV remotes before we were given one that worked correctly, she doesn't ski. Other than those minor issues, the room was clean and the resort was great. Would stay again.

This is the second time I've stayed at the resort at Squaw Creek. Love the place great location, friendly staff, very nice accommodations, and Resort amenities. Can't beat the awesome pool and hot tubs after a long day of skiing.

Just could have used a few small additions in the kitchen nook area. Coffee pods were not correct for the coffee maker and a cork screw would have been a nice touch. Very minor....overall excellent!

The room was spotless and nicely appointed. Most comfortable beds ever. Hope to be back asap!

Small hotel room with no kitchen and sink as stated.
No house cleaning for the 2 nights stay. No where to throw babies dirty diapers.
Not a clean carpet.
an old jerkey bag under my bed.
No notification email received about early check in, as stated, to properly plan the drive from San Francisco.
No explanation for an extra $200 charge after I agreed on the initial amount.
Manager response:
We're sorry for the misinformation regarding the guest's reservation. Our Vacasa rentals don't include daily housekeeping, only after checkout. Early check-in availability is in the form of an email sent the morning of arrival. If an email is not received, then early check-in is not offered. The guest created the reservation on another rental site but they didn't call us to report the cost discrepancy.

The room was exactly as it appeared in the photograph. The resort facilities were wonderful - pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pits, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice unit at the 4-diamond Squaw Creek Resort. Perfect location right next to Squaw Creek lift in winter and golf course in the summer. Square Creek Resort has all the amenities, shops, and restaurants to enjoy your stay. Sandy's Pub is a nice place for happy hour after a day on the slopes. Excellent hot tub / pool area at the resort as well.

The room was great. Such a great resort!

Great Property, but things aren't what they always appear. Parking you'll be charged $30 a day, but can self park so drop off bags & park yourself to save $60 bucks. Room charge of $25 dollars a day, not sure why guest have to pay for this & have parking included, I can see use of property Sp/Pool/gym, but doesn't reason why parking isn't complementary in the $25 a day resort fee.

Other than this, its an amazing property w/everything at your feet. I would stay here a gain in s second, but would reason w/Vacasa about the hidden fees & get them taken out in my booing before hand.

Happy Trails,

S

Everything was great except stay away from the Sandys pub its one of the restaurants on the property food was fine but worst service ever and I'm not a complainer

The property is stunning and very family friendly. The pool and golf were the draws here, but we don't golf and the pool was too cold for us Texans. :) that left the food and spa. The food at the outdoor grill was terrible. Greasy and expensive and had indigestion afterwards. We avoided the hotel food after that. The spa was nice but extremely expensive and disconnected from the room tower. So I had to walk outside in my robe and around several outdoor events to get to and from the spa and sauna. Very awkward. The pool is disconnected too, so same issue going to and from the pool in swimsuit or robe. We will just stay at a condo or cabin next time, easier to come and go without the trek to the self parking through 2 buildings and 2 lots. We like to have a kitchen too for eating breakfast and making meals and our unit was just a hotel room without the daily maid service. If you do stay here and need more towels, head to the fitness center locker rooms and stock up for yourself.

Resort at Squaw is great. This particular room did not have a nice view. It faces the back parking lot and was very noisy in the early mornings when maintenance trucks were unloading or doing work.
