Mission Bay waterfront condo w/ access to the beach, restaurants, Belmont Park

Explore laid-back and friendly Mission Beach from this two-bedroom condo. Featuring a great beachfront location, beautiful bay views, and plenty of nearby attractions, it has all the makings of a memorable beach getaway with your group of up to four guests.

Conveniently situated on Mission Bay, this condo is within walking distance of amusement park rides and fun for all ages at Belmont Park, three miles west of SeaWorld San Diego, seven miles northwest of the Gaslamp Quarter, and 13 miles northwest of Coronado Island. But it's also a quick drive from San Diego International Airport, which is only eight miles southwest.

Step inside this condo and feel at home in its breezy interior with beach-themed decor, comfortable furnishings, and tiled floors. Kick back and relax in the living room on a break from the beach. Flip on the wall-mounted flatscreen to watch a favorite cable series, or catch some rest on the plush sectional couch.

If you'd like to get a better view of the beach, head just beyond this room to the outdoor deck, where you can watch sailboats maneuvering the Bay waters set to the backdrop of the city. But you could also join in the outdoor activities - just grab one of the provided boogie boards or beach chairs that come with this condo and make it a day of fun on the beach.

When you get hungry, head home for a tasty snack or homemade meal in the well-equipped kitchen. It has everything you'll need for fresh-cooked feasts while you're here, including modern appliances, ample countertops, assorted cookware, and even a dishwasher for quick cleanup after every meal. Eat together at the nearby four-seat table or enjoy an al fresco experience at the café table on the deck.

Afterward, connect to the WiFi and plan your next adventures, or run a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer. You could also head over to the neighborhood market (20 yards from your front door) to stock up on any home essentials, or take a sunset stroll down the beach.

Retire home when it's time to call it a day. Up to four guests are accommodated on a king bed in the master suite and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms are guaranteed to deliver a great night's sleep and beautifully furnished with items like nightstands, reading lamps, wall-hung artwork, and large picture windows with curtains for added privacy.

Wake with a fresh cup of coffee and some toast in the kitchen, then review your day's plans. Ready for some new adventures? Rent a beach cruiser bike and pedal down the beach boardwalk (it's fun for the whole family!), sample the eclectic culinary scene along Mission Boulevard, or snap pictures of the surf from the Pacific Beach Pier (two-and-a-half miles north). You could also rent a watercraft to explore the coves and inlets of Mission Bay, reserve a spot on a seasonal whale watching tour, or take surfing lessons on the beach.

With year-round warmth and loads of Southern California sunshine, San Diego is the perfect place for your next vacation. Book your stay in this charming Mission Beach condo today!

If you want granite countertops and bells and whistles, this is not the place. If you want a nice neighborhood 20 minutes from almost everything, this is perfect. Waterfront on the bay, walking distance to a nice market and Mission Beach, complete kitchen, 2BR/2BA, nice balcony, nice neighbors. We would stay here again and recommend it. Leave your Tahoe at home. Parking is not fun.

This condo is in a really nice location in Mission Bay on the quiet side. Nice view from the deck. The property is older, but other than the carpet in the bedrooms, which is very old and dirty, the place was clean and in pretty good shape. Ana the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to texts.

We had a surprisingly delightful stay. We never had a desire to go to California, but San Diego proved to be a nice place to try it out. We sat each evening on the private balcony overlooking the bay. In the morning we could watch the bay activity as kayak's, swimmers, paddle boarders, etc went by. There is plenty of paved walking/running paths and the boardwalk was so very close. It was a good trip.

You can be in a quite spot on the water...away from the busyness of the ocean side , but still just a shorty walk...
Comfortable, clean. Enjoyed our time there.

Comfortable place, although the weather was warm and we had several fans going constantly. Kitchen is well equipped with necessities. Was very clean.

From the paint chipping off the walls to the counter being held together with painters tape, this property could use some upgrading. Great location though, so worth a look if you aren’t too picky.
Manager response:
The counters have been finished and the tape removed. Thank you!

This home is perfectly located on the Mission Bay side but right across the street from all the action on Mission Beach.

The Bay side has a great running path, a nice beach right out front and is quiet and laid back. Mission Beach is where you can find the bars, restaurants and the parties but you can't hear that from this condo.

The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing me to cook a full Mother's Day brunch for my family.
The condo was also very clean and well maintained. I'd absolutely stay here again.

We have two children ages four and two. This condo has everything needed to have fun with kids. Sand toys, high chair, pack 'n play, beautiful beach with less crowds, all in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The coffee shop, lizza places, and taco stan all within a couple blocks walk were perfect for meals on the go. We had a blast and made lots of memories. Hope to come back.

The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and is an easy walk to Mission Beach which makes it great for the kids. And the view of the bay is relaxing and peaceful. Recommended!

This place is absolutely perfect! I would stay there again! Was there for a girls weekend and it was perfect for us! A huge thank you to Ana who answered a lot of our questions!

Great location and morning view. Quiet and close to lots of fun. The interior is dated but functional.

If you want to experience the bayside of South Mission Beach this is the place. My husband and I lived just a court north for several years right out of college and the magical feeling of living at the beach is still there. This condo is so relaxing that we really didn't want to go anywhere else.

When we stayed here, it was 100+ degrees for 2 of the 4 days (record setting for San Diego). So we had to make sure to air out the house in the morning, shut the doors and windows before it got hot and not go in and out a lot.

Beautiful view overlooking the bay. We watched walkers, cyclists, volleyball players, sail boats and seals via the balcony. The inside was pleasant and nice. Beds are a little bit old, but they got us by OK.

We biked around the bay (12 miles) one day and sat and watched the sunset on the beach the next night. We found some food establishments within three blocks. The food was decent.

We did have trouble with the sliding glass door NOT shutting. It seems that the door was off the track, we tried moving it but I guess we did not manhandle it enough. We had to call Ana, she got a repair man out within 2 hours. Five stars for their efforts.

We would definitely come back. We are thinking of finding some nearby homes to rent...there are a lot of we can have a family reunion on the Bay.

The property was really nice and the bayside beach was right out the door and the Oceanside beach was less then a couple of blocks. There is a small market and liquor store a block away which was also nice. It is on the top floor so no one is above you which I liked. You are close to the airport and can hear the planes flying over but I believe they were fewer or stopped at night and didn't by any means ruin our vacation. I couldn't find the boogie board but didn't call and ask where it might be. The parking was nice in the garage below but would be tight for a larger truck or suv. Overall would stay there again for sure.

overall, the beachfront location is really great. management was really responsive.
it is a slightly older property, and above a flight path (so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs).

Girls trip to the beach was a success and this condo was a great location to beach and shops/restaurants. Condo had everything we needed and owner was sweet and helpful with all my questions! I would rent this property again.

The view is really pretty and the area is quiet and good for families. We had the unfortunate luck of a heat wave so without the AC and a 15 month old baby were a tough combo. The overall condo is a bit rundown but it seemed clean. The beds were very uncomfortable and the linens were not great. This condo is on the flight path as well. It didn't bother us too much as we are heavy sleepers, but it is certainly noticeable. The rental staff were available and nice, but I just do not think we would stay here again.
