I brought my family plus my brothers family. 4 adults, 2 adult kids and 6 kids we had ample room for everyone, plenty of bathrooms. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The sun deck did not have a table which I thought was weird for a BBQ area to eat outside- other than that we would definitely book here again. Highly recommend. Might make this an annual trip with the fam.

Literal 1 minute walk to the beach. Can easily walk back to the house to use the bathroom or grab a forgotten item. High quality finishes in the home. The roof top deck is great to bbq and enjoy the weather.

I absolutely loved this house. It feels so modern compared to so many houses or hotels in the mission/pacific beach area. I love that this house has great lighting, clean window coverings, a full washer and dryer, a shower outside that has the ability to be hot! I love the outdoor sitting spaces although I do think it could use a jacuzzi. I love the high quality sliding glass doors and the high end appliances. What I did not love was the stupid central air remotes. I could not figure out how to use the damn thing since I would hit power and it would still run but if you change modes, one room was cooling different then when we finally compared the remotes, we got the temperature down, but if you bump the temp up, it’d feel like moist heat. I appreciate that there are two parking spots but the spots are super tight. The garage could barely fit the Tesla. The side carport fit the lifted 4 runner but once a neighbor came in, we had to park super close to the wall so they wouldn’t hit our doors with their doors. Typical San California parking but definitely not for those who suck at parking in tight areas. The low water pressure was noticed but at the end of the day, I’d rather have 4 beautiful marble bathrooms with low water pressure than 1-2 disgusting bathrooms with great water pressure! Haha! The master had a leaky toilet sound right after I flush. There were ants in the kitchen bathroom but nowhere else. The couch is probably the most uncomfortable couch ever. Gives me IKEA vibes. Very firm. We brought down the Murphy bed to have more sitting and laying space but we had to move furniture around. I would have loved an extra roll of paper towels because with 8 people and lots of hand washing, we had to start skimping to not run out, but we ran out. I love the closet conversions to cabinets. The master bed feels like it’s slumping but still comfy. Overall a beautiful house that I would highly recommend. Exactly like the pictures. Very well kept by housekeepers. I will say there were a lot of dirty grout lines that could use a handheld steamer to blast the sand stuck in those corners.
