All guests must register at the pool office and pay a recreation/parking fee of $150, which covers parking and use of the amenities for up to six people per week. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to mid to late September. If the pool is not open, a lesser parking fee is required.
Smoking is not allowed at the pools.
No trailer or boat parking is allowed on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
