You'll also have direct access to the private brand-new dock. During the warmer months get out on the lake, using the three stand-up paddleboards or the canoe! This ground-floor level also boasts two bedrooms (one being a bunk bedroom with a Bluetooth-enabled/colored LED light fixture the kids will love), a laundry room with a washer/dryer and full-size fridge, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The main floor open-concept living room/dining room combination has spectacular lake views, high vaulted ceilings, and indoor dining. This area opens up to a terrific lakefront wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill, perfect for dining alfresco. The ample, fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to whip up practically everything that comes to mind. The second level of this home also features two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en suite), both with lake views. Utilize the fast, reliable Xfinity high-speed internet for work or play. Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room with access to a streaming network, cable, and movie services.
