Route 28 is less than a mile north, granting you easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (one mile), the charming heart of downtown Chatham, and Chatham A's games at Veterans Field (both are just over three miles). Iconic Lighthouse Beach is less than five miles east as well.

Spend your mornings swimming in the ocean and your afternoons rinsing off in the outdoor shower, watching your kids play in the sprawling yard (equipped with a hammock and firepit), and operating the gas grill for sunset dinners on the patio. Step inside to enjoy multiple gathering spaces and blissful central air-conditioning to take a break from the summer sun.

On the main floor, make yourself at home in a living room lined with windows (which can even be closed off as a private sleeping space). All the bedrooms have direct bathroom access. One upstairs has a kitchenette, TV, and direct access to a bonus living space with a TV area and Ping-Pong table, and another is outfitted with kids' bunks. The third is downstairs, offering a desk workspace. A private washer/dryer is provided for your convenience as well.
