Route 28 is less than a mile north, granting you easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (one mile), the charming heart of downtown Chatham, and Chatham A's games at Veterans Field (both are just over three miles). Iconic Lighthouse Beach is less than five miles east as well.

Spend your mornings swimming in the ocean and your afternoons rinsing off in the outdoor shower, watching your kids play in the sprawling yard, and manning the gas grill for sunset dinners on the patio.
