Outdoor enthusiasts love this location - you have quick access to the entire flowage along with dozens of other northern Wisconsin lakes and you will be directly on the snowmobile trail (Popko Cir) for easy access to over 300 miles of excellent snowmobile/ATV/UTV trails.

This water-view retreat is also located 10 miles from downtown Mercer with easy access to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and other amenities, almost nine miles from the Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and seven and a half miles from the renowned MECCA groomed cross country ski trail system. It is also located within 40 miles of the major ski hills in northern WI and upper Michigan and only 40 miles from Minocqua. In addition, it is an easy day trip up to Copper Falls, Lake Superior, and the Apostle Islands.

The main living area is located on the second floor and offers a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare delicious homemade meals and quick snacks on the go in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The living area offers a great spot to unwind and stream fun movies and shows on the smart TV. Attached to the living room is a lakeside covered deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with impressive views. This level also includes two bedrooms. The lower level offers a family room, a third bedroom, and a laundry area with a washer/dryer.

Additional fun perks include board games, a treadmill, two kayaks, a paddleboard, corn hole boards, and bicycles for guests to use.
