My hubby and I have been planning this trip for 6 months and The Coral Cove and Vacasa delivered! We were close enough to everything but far enough to get away from the noise. The home was cozy and perfect for our vacation. During the trip there was an error with the door lock, so I went to Vacasa and told them about my situation, and Symara did not hesitate to help me! She got things taken care of without a skipping a beat! Thank you, Symara!! We will be back!!

There is so much to love about this property, that it is hard to know where to start! 1. The “cottage” is located one street down from Duval. Restaurants , stores, live music, ice cream parlors…..everything is in walking distance. A 24-hour CVS drug store is across the street . You can buy a lot of your drinks, bread, chips, etc. If you don’t want to walk to the Marina or South Beach, no worry; the property is a block away from a Duval Loop stop. This is a free bus that runs around the outskirts of Duval Street. It stops near Mallory Square, The Aquarium, Hemingway House, etc. 2. It is a gated property. There are 6 cottages on the property, and each cottage is a duplex. In the center of the property is a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor tables. At night, the lights around the courtyard are beautiful and the sound of running water from the center fountain is soothing . You enter the property’s courtyard and its instant serenity . 3. The bathroom has a large updated shower. The shower has plenty of pressure and hot water. 4. The kitchen is well stocked. 5. The upstairs bedroom is large and the king size bed is very comfortable. 6. There is an owner that lives on the property. It is an older couple (Trina and Zens) that helps manage the property. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. 7. Last, the price is very affordable. I thought staying a month would be too long for us, but I was wrong! It gave us time to take many excursions using the app Viator and then days to rest in between. There are only three things that a renter should know ahead of time that is a little inconvenient. First, there is only street parking, and there are other properties on Center Street competing for the few spots. There is Public Parking , but it can get expensive. We were lucky enough to find parking in front of the property. We parked on May 1st and NEVER moved our vehicle the entire month. We used Instacart to have groceries delivered from Publix’s. Delivery was very reasonable in price and quick. Secondly, the upstairs bedroom could get a little warm, so if renting, you may want to bring a fan. 3. The property provides four washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. There is a washing machine and dryer that is shared among the renters, and with a month’s stay and showering daily , you’ll be washing linens every other day. Same with sheets. The sheets on the bed are the only set available, so you will have to wash those too. I suggest bringing some extra wash cloths and towels . The cost to use the machines is $2.00 for washer and $1.00 for dryer, so bring PLENTY OF QUARTERS. Even with these three cons, I still rate this property 5 star due to its many advantages and reasonable price. I loved this property so much that I tried to rent it for May 2026, but it is already booked 😞. I highly recommend this property. Again, it has its cons, but the location and affordability make it great.

Centrally located, clean, quiet, and made me feel safe and at home. The pool was perfect and the vegetation is beautiful. We rented a second unit at the same time on the other end of the property and it is easy to go back and forth as needed. The only issue is it would be great to be able to get a second key. But we worked it out by just using the lock box to keep the key in at all times if someone went out. Would stay here again for sure.
