Welcome to Douglas aka "the Art Coast of Michigan" where you can put your feet up and relax at home or venture out and visit the area's rolling grassy dunes and white sand beaches! This darling home is also conveniently close to several area attractions including the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, the Ravines Golf Club, Shore Acres Township Park, and Fern Valley Vineyards. This home is also less than 35 miles from the slopes at Bittersweet and Mulligan's Hollow for wintertime thrills!

At home, discover dashes of mid-century modern furnishings and decor alongside plenty of updated amenities. Whip up all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and then gather for mealtimes or family game nights at the nearby dining table or alfresco out on your furnished side patio in warm weather. After meals, the furnished, sunken living area offers plenty of plush seating and a streaming-capable TV for viewing all your favorite channels using your own accounts.
