This three-story home is half of a duplex, one that's located in a blissfully quiet neighborhood of Atlantic Beach. Set in the second row back from the sand, the house is perfect for beach days - with a storage closet full of beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and beach games provided. If you're looking to get out and explore the area, you'll be within a mile or so of the pier, the Elliott Coues Nature Trail, and Fort Macon State Park.
After a gorgeous day spent swimming and surfing, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower, gather around the picnic table for snacks and cold drinks, and play a bit of Tiki Toss.
