The only saving grace about our stay was that the vacasa customer service was really kind and prompt. The maintenance folks that come to address issues were super helpful and tried to make the best of a very bad situation.
The house looks much better in the picture than it is. The furnishings are pretty dated. The appliances are pretty old. The day we arrived we found ants crawling all over the kitchen counter. There were ant baits on the kitchen counter fully of dead ants. One of the oven stove didn't light. The kitchenware were all old (knives were dull, spoons were missing, everything else seems pretty old). The kitchen wasn't stocked with basics like salt, coffee, sugar. The kitchen insinkerator didn't function. The carpet in the living area felt dirty. The vacuum provided didn't have any suction power. Didn't have adequate couches for our party (6 adults). The plumbing was pretty bad. You can't have more than two people take a shower without considerable loss of water pressure everywhere else. I wouldn't even try turning on dish washer or washing machine until everyone has taken a shower. The bed were pretty stiff and dated. The HVAC system didn't work instead there was a really loud fan in the second floor hallway.
Definitely one of the worst rentals we have had!!!!

Six bedrooms and 4 baths. This home is absolutely incredible. Multiple families are able to fit in and have much space. The house is located about 10 minutes from a lake while you go in the car. This home was in a really nice calm area.

It's too bad I have to give this home only one star. Overall, it is a nice home, HOWEVER...... My friends and I stayed in a similar one in the same complex several years ago and it was great. This house however, was a total disappointment. To begin with, we couldn't get in the home because the keyless entry was malfunctioning. We tried to call a customer service number for VACASA and were left on hold for almost an hour. Luckily, a maintenance person was driving by and helped us "jimmy" the lock with a credit card (that's scary). Upon entering the home, everything appeared ok, with the exception of the outdated, worn, random furniture. When unpacking our things in the kitchen, we noticed that the countertops hadn't been cleaned and there were crumbs and ants everywhere (including the inside of the refrigerator, which we didn't notice until they were in our food on the last day). After cleaning that up ourselves, we noticed after a short time that the bottom of our feet were filthy from walking on the tile floors. It obviously had not been mopped. The next morning when we pulled out the pans to cook, they too had not been washed and had left over grease and crumbs from the prior stay. Basically, someone came in, threw sheets on the beds (which were horrible, as were the beds. Uncomfortable and hard, except the two twin beds downstairs) and restocked the towels and left. The kitchen has no basic items such as salt/pepper or spices. The overall condition of the house was ok, with the exception of everything previously mentioned, and big holes in the wall (master bedroom) that had been horribly spackled and not painted over. The master toilet had a broken seat that fell off. The game room downstairs had poor spackle job issues as well. The ants were also discovered in the bathrooms and bedrooms. When we tried to contact someone about it, again, no one answered the phone. I finally found a number to text for emergencies and someone got back to me. There was nothing the person could do about the ants or broken toilet seat until the morning of our checkout. They did send someone out to replace the empty propane tank for the BBQ (glad we checked before starting to cook), which was also filthy and had to be cleaned before we used it. We're glad we didn't bring our children here because the deck outside is in need of maintenance and has nail heads sticking out all over the place. So...moral of the story is...until VACASA starts to monitor their cleaning crew and make some necessary repairs to the house, I would NOT recommend staying here. If I were the owner and was depending on them to take care of my home, I would be livid!! Homeowner if you see this, you need to come check out your place! P.S. The description says room for 4 cars, two in the garage and two in the driveway. There is no driveway to park in (Maybe if you have a 2 seater sports car). It is a two car garage and that's it. If everyone has a large SUV or truck, only one can fit.

The cabin was very spacious since it had 3 floors. We hadn’t stayed at the cabin before so we took everything but they already had so much kitchen stuff you can use. From pots and pans to a coffee maker and more. They had towels there and extra pillows and blankets.
Was only about 8 min away from shaver lake and stores.
What didn’t make it a 5 star is that when we got there the grill was filthy and there were many ants all over the kitchen, some in the bathroom and bedroom.

We showed up to no ball in the foosball table, later found no cleaning supplies that were promised in the contract, then ran out of propane half way through cooking. Had to refill it ourselves. Beds were hard. Location and size of the house was great though!
We apologize for the missing items this guest encountered. We did bring them new balls for the game and a box of cleaning supplies. We would have brought the propane as well had we been notified. We are sorry to see this guest did not enjoy the mattresses; they're only a couple years old and in great shape. Thanks!

Everything was great. Only down was that we Didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or showers. Water did not stay hot after 2 minutes.
We wish this guest had contacted us regarding the matter so we could walk them through the hot water. This is brought to our attention by guests frequently, and the problem is always that they are running appliances and doing back to back showers at the same time. Hot water usage needs to be spaced out and works well this way. Thank you!

A very nice property. But the living room area is too small for a large group and there is insufficient seating at the dining room table. Can sleep 12-13 with six bedrooms but the common areas are a little tight.

I loved the cabin I don’t think I was big enough for all of us to sit in family room and watch a movie together, some of us had to sit on floor and on stairs but we made it work ...I woul get a bigger place if it’s the same amount of people going but I would stay here again ...
