we loved the space and all the bedrooms and bathrooms and especially the eating area with the tables and benches to accommodate all of us My husband and loved the private suite with the king sized bed and all of the space and shower
The kitchen was well stocked the only thing that was hard was the oven didn't heat over 373 degrees to cook the bacon at 425 degrees. We loved the large TV room to watch movies and the game table was fun too
Thank you being able to get to the beach and the eating places
Lebeau"s was wonderful the kids loved the basketball court and access to the pickle ball courts it would be nice to have a light on the back to light up the backyard a little more!! But we loved our experience there it was so nice!! Thank You

Good location and plenty of room for everyone in our group. The big family room area was great. And lot’s of room to park including our boat.

This lodge was perfect for our family reunion with 26 people. (mixture of adults, teenagers, toddlers, and a baby) There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The hot tub, basketball hoop, pickleball court, playground, and gigantic bonus room were great amenities to have on-site. There was also plenty of seating inside and outside. It is within walking distance from a beach to skip rocks and enjoy the beautiful sunset; walk downtown to Labeaus, Quick 'n Tasty, and other stores; and a short drive to either the Marina or Rendezvous boat dock. Overall, this home is the perfect location and had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay. We will be booking here for our next Bear Lake get together.
Manager response:
Hello Rob, We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay, and hope to host you again soon.

Our group of 28 recently spent 4 nights at this lovely home in Garden City, Utah. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, but it is not really a sandy beach. There is a pretty view, though. We ended up going about 20 minutes to North Beach and LOVED it!

There are plenty of beds--we had extras counting the mattresses tucked under some of the beds. But, I wouldn't call the alcove with two double bed bunkbeds a "bedroom". The older kids loved sleeping all together there, though. The master suite is HUGE and LUXURIOUS! It was perfect for the family that had a new baby!

We loved what seemed to be a new family room from a converted garage with a large full bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit when we gathered together. The large screen TV was a hit for playing video games and watching the playoffs.

The kitchen was pretty well stocked, although it would have been nice to have a large griddle for cooking pancakes, as well as some sort of a mixer. We did find one set of small salt and pepper shakers outside next to the VERY large grill. And we used both refrigerators for our large group.

There was plenty of room for everyone to eat, both inside (3 large tables) and out (4 picnic tables). We ate inside sometimes, and outside other times.

The kids LOVED the tetherball, the basketball area, and the playset with sandbox. And the hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a busy day.

Everything was VERY clean when we arrived but there wasn't nearly enough toilet paper in the bathrooms (one extra roll in each bathroom). We had to go buy more, and then we left it there for the next occupants.

Overall, we had a wonderful time at a great location at beautiful Bear Lake!

We had a family reunion that fell through due to COVID-19 but a number of my siblings wanted to still get together. We found this listing still available a bit last minute that fit our needs so we jumped on it. It took us a couple trips around the block to find it. I thought it was in a cul-de-sac, but was on a flag lot via a small gravel driveway. There was plenty of parking, overall but it was a bit of a tight fit especially for those towing wave runner and 4 wheeler trailers, but we made it work. We definitely felt like it was well protected.

The yard was awesome for games and was mostly surrounded by trees and bushes so we felt it was private and protected. We had corn hole and Kubb setup in two areas. The little grandkids liked the small swingset w/ slide in the yard, but it was leaning a bit and might be due for some TLC. There were lots of picnic tables and chairs for eating and watching games outside that we used heavily.

Bedroom capacity worked out great! A couple of the beds had broken box springs so those folks had a struggle. Otherwise mattress comfort was very good (I've definitely had much worse elsewhere).

The kitchen was well equipped. There are 2 refrigerator/freezer combos and plenty of storage in the pantry. The only minor complaint would be the smaller living room/dining area. When more folks wanted to be eating inside, it was a little tight, but the back porch w/ dual picnic tables alleviated that. Luckily the weather wasn't so extreme as to force everyone inside.

As to location, it is a few minutes walking distance to downtown Garden City and we took advantage of the shops and raspberry shakes many times!

The lake is also within walking distance or if driving with gear, there is a lot of parking near the gate. However, it did require crossing the busy main road and this specific lake spot is not sandy beach but was more rock/gravel and appeared to be a place where lots of geese congregated. Despite that, it provided great views (we did lots of family photos in the area) and an easy access to jump on the wave runners.

The entire family was very happy with our stay! Thank you!
Manager response:
Hi, Jeff! Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. We appreciate you bringing the box springs to our attention so we can get those fixed right away. We hope to see you again!

We had plenty of beds, and activities available at the cabin. Thanks.

Close to all restaurants in Garden City. Plenty of room for our families. Didn’t have access to several outdoor lights and many electrical outlets outside and also inside were not working. Only stayed two nights so didn’t call for maintenance. Kitchen had what we needed for our group. Made some fun memories.

So many beds!!!! We enjoyed this home, a little bit tight in the family area (stairs go into the eating area) but so many bedrooms. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep and have a good dinner, this is your place. They do lock the garage, and the air conditioners weren’t working great., But everything else worked out so wonderful, I would stay here again :-)
Manager response:
Hi, Vonda! Thank you for staying with us and telling us about your experience. The property manager will be looking into the air conditioning right away. We hope to see you again!

The home was great and there were plenty of bedrooms and extra beds to handle a large group. The hot tub was a nice feature as well as the pool table. The home had everything you needed. This was a great find!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was close to several restaurants with delicious shakes. It had plenty of rooms for our family of 29. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard where the kids played on the play set and we could enjoy the summer evenings while eating dinner. We had a great time!

Good location. Well stocked kitchen and laundry supplies. Could have used more general cleaning supplies associated with large number of family members. Great having beds for all to sleep in. Having several beds in a couple of the rooms allowed cousins to make good memories. Lots of space for cars and ate trailer. Staff very responsive to questions.

Our family of 22 fit comfortably in this home. We didn’t feel like we were squished or on top of each other! The bunk beds were a hit! The kitchen had all the necessities, and made it easy to make meals. We stayed over New Years and requested a Christmas tree to celebrate a late Christmas - and the owners followed thru and had a cute little tree set up for us! This house was perfect!!

We very much enjoyed staying at this beautiful cabin! It is close to a grocery store and just a walk away from the lake. Sledding hills and snowmobiling we’re only 10 minutes away. I recommend this cabin!

We stayed at 35 W 150 S Garden City, and loved it. This was our 4th family reunion at Bear Lake, and the house for our 14 adults and 16 children made it the best visit to Bear Lake. The grassy yard with all the toys made it special. We will definitely be going back to this property.
Lauren and Jess . Jul 2017
We had a group of 36 people the for a family gathering. Everyone had an enjoyable time and we were well satisfied with the accommodations.
