Luxurious condo w/resort pool/hot tub/gym/golf & amazing beach club!

Experience an unforgettable Big Island retreat that truly stands apart from the rest at this beautiful condo in the Palm Villas at Mauna Lani Resort! From the tranquil setting to the luxury finishes, this wonderfully positioned corner condo offers a special glimpse of Hawaii's natural wonders. You'll have access to three breathtaking beaches, a waterfall swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness center, a tennis club, and two world-class golf courses - and that's only the beginning!

This garden-level condo was seemingly designed for beach-going families, offering toys, a grass lawn, boogie boards to bring along to the exceptional Mauna Lani Beach Club (half a mile west), and razor scooters to ride among the resort's 15 acres of historical fish ponds. The beach is even protected from the wind and waves and boasts some of the best snorkeling and diving in the entire island chain. But no matter how you spend your days, you'll always come home to a private lanai with a built-in sink, central AC, and a jetted bathtub for the ultimate in relaxation.

What's nearby:
This condo sits in an especially quiet section of the Palm Villas, a gated community of the Mauna Lani Resort that's perfectly situated by the 18th fairway of the North Course, the resort's famous spa, the fitness center, and the six-court tennis club. You'll enjoy sweeping views of the neighboring lava fields with ancient Hawaiian dwellings, as well as the shortest of walks to the Palm Villas' own swimming pool and hot tub.

Within the greater Mauna Lani Resort (which was recently acquired by the five-star Auberge Resorts Collection), you'll find 14 different restaurants to choose from, two golf courses, and miles of walking paths. The restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries of The Shops at Mauna Lani are also only half a mile east.

Beautiful setting for this rental. The price is a little high compared to similar quality homes on the area and the unit could use some updating.

Comfortable, plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. A normal-sized garbage can is the 9nly thing I'd like added. Everything else was great!

The house is located at the end of the complex with its own little back yard and view of the trail leading through a kiawe forest to the historic fish ponds and beach. beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach and fine restaurant. Sand toys and paddle boards for the kids - hope to be back when flying is easier post pandemic.

Just as pictured. Comfy beds and furniture. Although there were not many written materials to describe how to walk to beach, hi to use the Mauna Lani Beach Club, or local groceries/stores/restaurants, we figured those out. (The grocery Foodland is actually less than a mile away.) Thanks for the beach gear and Razor scooter which made the 15-20 min walk to the beach (via local beach park) more fun for my 9 year old. The development’s swimming pool was beautiful. Definitely check out the fishponds, the coastal trail. Drive a short way to Beach 69 and Hapuna Beach!

The privacy, not crowded, clean, spacious (3 bedroom), surrounding attractions and it being a small lush complex.

The home was located in a beautiful complex, well kept. The home came with everything we needed for our 12 day stay. Perfect for families and beach activities.

We've just returned after a fantastic 3-week stay at this beautiful home. It was a joy in every way, and exactly as pictured. The unit is on a corner with excellent views from all windows. We walked to beaches every morning and sometimes snorkeled before breakfast. It's also a very pleasant walk along the beach to the Fairmont Hotel, where you can snorkel, dine, and shop. Groceries and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away. Snorkeling near the Fairmont almost always yielded the chance to see sea turtles frolicking in the reef. The best overall snorkeling was at the nearby Beach Club. Some days were simply "epic" there. Management was excellent and quick to respond to any issue, and overall this was a wonderful experience.

I booked D2 at the Palm Villas and was very pleased. I’m a pretty seasoned traveler and have relatively high expectations. Having been to this Island 3 times prior, this didn’t disappoint Unit was clean, nicely decorated and quality built. It was well supplied (although we ran out of toilet paper the last day - a few more rolls please!). The propane tanks were both empty, but Elizabeth (property manager) sent someone by very soon after I called at 8:30 pm with a full tank as we had fresh fish to grill. Great customer service. Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions and needs, a big plus. The unit was very quiet. Beds were good. Ladies there are full sized hair dryers in this unit! Pool is very nice but perhaps too warm for day but nice in the evening. The beach club is the place to go. So great for kids as it is really a safe place to be in the water. My adult kids had a great time as there is also a bar and food right there at the beach with great staff. Bikes would be a nice addition as other places we have stayed in had them and they are nice for getting around without a car. Also if you rent a car, we had a midsized SUV and anything bigger would be difficult to fit lengthwise into the garage. The grill even on high was very slow to cook so think, as with everything outside in Hawaii, an update is probably needed soon as the burners did not ignite other than with a lighter, which is a bit tricky without burning yourself, and very little flame. These are all just small improvements that could be made but that did not appreciably impact our lovely stay. Mahalo for sharing a lovely home with us.

I loved this resort and condo complex!! A short walk to amazing beaches and snorkeling spots. Swimming pool and hot tub were really nice also. I could have stayed all summer.

Very clean and well kept home. The only downside was the AC took a long time to get going and since we arrived at night time our first night it was too warm to sleep. We were pleased with the well stocked pantry, and the pool was beautiful! Overall we were very satisfied

Excellently equipped, fantastic location, quiet, unit D2 was the best accommodation we experienced to date. Mahalo to the owners for making the rental feel like home in paradise with all the amenities ... Cheers, looking forward to next year.

We had an excellent experience and will return!

After staying right on the beach for a week, we weren't sure we would love this new location, but found it to be a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful walk to the beach through the fish ponds and lava fields. There are so many amenities close by that you could stay for quite some time and not have to leave. The location was great for exploring this part of the island. The best part for our family was the calm beach where our girls could play in the water, snorkel and build sand castles. We would definitely come again.

We stayed over Christmas 2018. The location of this unit is perfect. It's a downstairs unit with a patio that opens onto a grass area with a lava field behind it. The place is in great shape. I remarked to the new owner that I thought it had been recently remodeled. It had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. The complex is small by resort standards (probably 20 - 30 units) so it didn't have that big resort feel, which was nice. A short walk (10 minutes) is a fantastic beach club with chaise lounges (which you can use for free), a water equipment rental place (SUP, snorkle gear, etc) and a good restaurant/bar. I would definitely go back to this place.
