Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are complimentary and only seasonal.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are open but not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: The Parking Garage is located across the street from the two Splash Towers. Please keep in mind that the parking garage maximum vehicle height is seven feet and there is no guaranteed on-site parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini-vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property. There are spots set aside for check-in that you may use to unload. However, after picking up your parking passes, you will want to move to any other spot in the garage. For guest safety, please use the skybridge on the Lobby Floor that will take you across the street to the towers. After checking in at the Vacasa front desk, you will pay a $25.00 Registration Fee at the Splash Gift Shop Desk to receive your parking passes and wristbands. Parking Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

I loved this unit. The view from the 20th floor is amazing, right on the ocean! The decor is nice, I loved that there were so many hooks to hang towels and bathing suits on. The resort was very nice as well! The only downfall was the master bathtub would not drain and the shower head had black mold all over it. The floors and rugs were extremely dirty. We tried to clean them a little but didn’t have the tools, so we just wore slippers in the house. A deep clean of the ice maker, and replacement filter would be great too!

We loved the room we were staying in. They had everything we needed and I ABSOLUTELY loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. We never even took our tent out of the car since we had that. My youngest had the best time on the little water slides. We definitely will be staying here next year!

The elevators are terrible. We are used to delays at checkout. But this was the worst ever. Over two hours trying to get an elevator. The room was nice enough with a few minir things like worn couches, bulbs out and queen size bed more like a full size. You cannot check in when you arrive after 500. It wasn't a bad thing since we just went straight to the room but would have been nice to know. Parking was good. The gift shop lady is unpleasant. Stay clear.

This unit is beautiful! We had to change our plans at the last minute due to Hurricane Sally and we lucked up with this condo! The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of floor space, it didn’t feel cramped at all. We had 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We didn’t really cook in the unit but I did check out the cabinets and they seem to be well stocked with items you may need. We loved having the Alvin’s Island across the street for easy souvenir purchases and the covered parking was a major plus! Thanks for opening up your home for us to enjoy!

This room was very nice. It has a great view from the 20th floor. The master bedroom is spacious, bed was fairly comfortable, bathroom huge. We enjoyed the washer and dryer. The floors could have been cleaner, but other than that, it was a really great room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It would have been nice to know the lazy river and the splash pad weren’t open as our 23 month old grand daughter was really too young for the water park area. And when we tried to help her figure out what it was and to slide— the security yelled at us and some others with little ones. All other staff were friendly- especially Pamela at check in.
We didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to make cleaning crew mad or have them in the condo while we were there. We had to wear shoes entire time inside because our feet were black after 5 mins. Yuck!!

The views from this condo can’t be beat! The place is nicely decorated and quite comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of some cleanliness issues likely the fault of the property management company and not the home owner.
