The condo itself is great. Roomy enough for my family of 7. Easy to get to Lions head Village and Gondola. The furniture was great. The biggest disappointment was when we were coming back from dinner around 8pm in 8 degree weather, and we couldn't get into the place. We were not really having any trouble for 2 days using the code to get in and out of the condo. We tried for about 10 minutes with no luck. I called the number they gave me for after hours. He really wasn't much help. He said he would call someone local and get back to me. He NEVER called me back. We were outside FREEZING (with our carry out dinner I might add) for over 50 minutes. I called again and spoke to a lady. She said she would look into this and call me back.....NO Call back. In the meantime, my daughter kept trying to get into the condo. The green light would flash but the door wouldn't unlock. My husband started to call around looking for local hotels to see if any availability, when my daughter yelled "Im in". Thank God she kept trying. The next day my family all left to ski as I stayed at the condo so I could deal with the lock. After 2 more phone calls, the maintenance people finally showed up. They were very nice and felt bad for us. It turned out the battery was dead on the lock. This is something that is prevented. The battery should be changed every month or checked every month. This should NEVER happen in a rental. I lost money skiing because I couldn't ski the first part of the day and our fingers & toes & food were so cold for sitting outside in single digit temperatures. The maintenance guy gave me his direct cell number in case I had any more issues. I should of had this before I got to the rental. Also, I might add, the pots & pans were not clean. 2 of the pots/pans still had food stuck to them. With a pandemic still happening, I would think everything would be washed again before the condo was rented. The wifi was not very good in the condo in the master room. When I did office work, I had to use the main room. There needs to be a router in the back part of the condo. The rest of the condo was really nice and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation. Really bad management. I hope the condo owners read this.

We're glad you stayed with us, Susan, though it's disappointing to read you were unhappy. Housekeeping has been asked to scrub all of the cookware and assess if anything needs to be replaced. A backup lockbox has been added to prevent any reoccurrences of the inconvenience you experienced. The batteries are replaced yearly, but extreme cold temperatures can cause failures. We sincerely apologize this happened during your stay. Hopefully we can better impress you in the future!

Loved the location of the property and the floor plan, as it functioned we’ll for our family. There was no information packet provided. The tv and internet were not connected and it took us an hour to figure out what was wrong. This should be checked prior to guests checking in. No information left on area amenities, how to access the pool/spa which were access controlled by gate code, WiFi access, etc. The main furnishings (vinyl chairs and vinyl sofa) are tattered, torn and in need of replacement. The entire unit is in need of updating and has a tired &!worn out feel to it. If it weren’t for the location, this stay would have been a big disappointment.

We do supply all information needed for the WIFI, pool access etc. in the trip manager which is accessable from the confirmation email that is sent to e very guest at booking. The trip manager has the home listing information, address, directions, where the key or lockbox is, the address of alternate check in office is located. As well as home information, garbage location, other quirks that may apply to the house. We hope this will help you during future stays. We take guest feedback seriously, and have forwarded this information to the local staff so they can review and update the home as needed for future guests. This is a wonderful appartment, fully stocked. Everything as advertised! Amazing location, 10 min walk from lionshead village. 2 min from the park. I'd stay here again!
