This location, although not in Park City, is only a ten minute drive to PC and all of the stores, restaurants, and shops. I loved how quiet it was and not being the "hustle" of things.

The house is huge and although the sheets, etc are on the cheaper side, it was comfortable for the most part. The blinds in the master did not work , so we were unable to cool it down to sleep by opening the windows. Because the place is so huge, the AC does not distribute the air well enough to the bedrooms to cool it down for our liking to a nice sleeping temp. I slept very poorly the entire week because of this. Otherwise, house is great and I would recommend it. I am not sure I would book it again in the summertime though because I was so sleep deprived due to the room being too hot. I tried to go sleep in the basement on the third night, but the bunks bed mattresses are terrible and only made for kids in my opinion. If you don't mind sleeping in a little warmer of a temp, this would not be a problem though!
Manager response:
Brooke, thank you for the review of your stay. We are so glad you enjoyed the home's spaciousness and location. We apologize that the home did not cool down to the sleep temperature you are most comfortable in. Our local team has also repaired the blinds and they are working properly now. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can host you again!

We have been to Park City many times and stayed in many nightly rentals, but this place was a treat! The neighborhood is very close to downtown Park City, yet it feels private and away from the crowds. Our kids absolutely loved the house's private hot tub .. brand new and large with many features. The shared club house is also great and offers a small gym and an outdoor pool and hot tub. The house is very spacious and there is a lot of room to play. We were only a family of four but the house easily accommodates a large group with multiple families. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need to cook a feast and we really enjoyed all the cool glassware offered for different cocktails and wine, very fun feature! The house is very comfortable and nicely appointed, it was very clean and well maintained. We can't wait to come back with extended family and stay longer. I imagine this place would be perfect for a winter getaway as well since it's so cozy and close to the slopes. Can't wait to be back!

Close to pcmr/ski destinations with enough space for two families. Overall the unit needs refreshing and Vacasa less responsive than a private owner.
Manager response:
Emily, we are delighted that the location and space of this newly furnished townhome served well for a family gathering and we appreciate you letting us know how we can improve. We will follow up with the appropriate parties to ensure the home is refreshed, and our service standards are improved. We value your feedback and hope you’ll give us a second chance to deliver the 5-star experience we pride ourselves on in the future!

After seeing the pictures of this home online I was looking forward to a place that was updated and clean. Unfortunately, the sofa had stains all over it, and the dining room chairs were broken, there was weak wifi and no ESPN sports package. For the amount we paid, I expected better quality sheets, bedding and over all furnishings and cleanliness.
Manager response:
Kim, we are truly sorry to hear that you’ve had a less than stellar experience with us and if we fell short of your expectations. We appreciate you voicing your concerns, and we’re happy to report the chairs and linens have been replaced, the WiFi and cable have been upgraded, and we’ve scheduled deep cleaning for the upholstery. We value your feedback as a means to improve, and we hope you'll return to give us the opportunity to exceed your expectations of a five-star experience!

The bad first , the kitchen chairs are a safety hazard several with loose and broken legs beware. Lots of repairs needed we tried to hook up our gameing system and the outlet was broke and just put back so no one would notice also the outlet in the master bed room was the same no supplies were supplied not even enough coffee for one pot of coffee or filters . The neighbors must be getting tired of this rental we were in the hot tub not playing music just talking and got asked to quiet down before quiet hours started .The good was the location close to down town only about 10 min I will not rent this condo again I think we you can do better for our next ski trip
Manager response:
Hi, David! The property manager is looking into options for replacing the chairs, and maintenance will be tackling the outlet as soon as the home is open. Thank you!

Lots of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen had all the basics but don’t expect any extras like salt/pepper. Laundry area has starter amounts of detergent but no fabric softener. None of these are deal breakers but are nice when rentals have them. Would recommend to others.

We would have loved to stay longer. The spaciousness of this unit is fantastic. We had 12 people staying in the unit and 5 visitors one evening and never felt crowded. The hot tub and. Pool house was perfect for fun for all ages. Overall, I would stay here again anytime.

Our first stay in Park City was wonderful because of this amazing place. Location was wonderful- private and secluded yet very close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the layout of the home, large bedrooms, open kitchen and the hot tub. Watching TV in living room was a bit difficult because of how high it was and kids would have loved TVs in the bedrooms. Thanks so much for sharing this little piece of heaven with us, can’t wait to go back!

This was a perfect weekend getaway place for my sisters and our girls! Everything was so clean and nice. We loved it!!!

This is a newer nice home and everything worked. It has lots of room and is well stocked.
We slept in the master bedroom and if it needs anything the mattress should be replaced. It is not very comfortable. Everything else is good.
The location is very convenient and close to town.

Lovely home with well stocked kitchen. Here are just a few minor things we noticed. The can opener is rusty and doesn't work. BBQ didn't work. Screen door didn't close. Basement shower was clogged so we showered in standing water. Upstairs queen mattresses are very hard. Panel on outside of garage to open garage door didn't work.
But the home was so nice and we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. I would leave 5 stars but for the few minor things wrong.

The space is super nice, clean, well equipped and as described on Vacasa. We stayed midweek in Sept and so It was off season with not all units filled in the development. Which made it super quiet for us. Bigger development is still getting built out. Right now there is no food, drink or other businesses to walk to. Which is fine during COVID when those things are less attractive. We would totally stay there again.

We loved this townhome. Is very spacious and has everything you need. Is very well stocked with all you need for kids high chair, there own dinnerware, gates for the stairs, and pack and play. Kitchen had everything you need. It’s the best stocked kitchen I have seen. The hot tub was great right there on the patio can jump in whenever you want and they have plenty of towels for you. We didn’t use anything at the club house the one time we went over there was a party of some kind going on. The couples that stayed in the upstairs bathrooms said their beds were a little to firm. We will be back if we return to this area.

We enjoyed our time in this perfectly located home. It was clean, spacious, and located to so much! Owners were great to work with.

Beautiful scenery and weather! Good space for three families. Nice pool for children
Ben D. Jun 2020
This was a great place to stay with plenty of room for our group. The home was well stocked with most everything you would need. There were a few kitchen utensils that would have been helpful, but we were doing lots of cooking. Some of the pots and pans were also pretty beat up, but they got the job done.

One of the queen beds upstairs definitely needs to be replaced. It felt like it was broken. Other than that, there weren't any complaints about the beds. The hot tub was a favorite of the kids, and the weather was even a bit cooler in the evening to make it even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very roomy, well furnished, fantastic hot tub.
Rebecca Y. Feb 2020
Location quiet and convenient enough to downtown and ski areas; sparkling clean, comfortable beds in the 3 rooms we used (did not use bunks), spacious 2-car garage. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, plates, silverware, appliances. Could use a smaller saucepan, but that’s about it. Would not hesitate to stay again as long as price stays reasonable!

The space was large enough for our whole group and the jacuzzi was a great addition! The beds other than the king size were pretty lumpy and uncomfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with supplies but simple things like salt and pepper weren’t available. The house had poor insulation and you could hear everything anywhere else in the house; for instance when you are in the basement it seems like a parade is happening on the main floor and in the upstairs you could hear normal voices as big echos. The heat was also not well distributed to the basement and we need to ask for a space heater to keep the bunk bed room warm. For the most part the house was clean, but there were lots of “surprises” under the couches, dust on not high use surfaces, etc. The other main thing was that we were only left with 3 trash bags for a house with 12 people for 4 days and when I called and asked for more the concierge said “if housekeeping could they would drop some off”. Which for nearly $2000 for 3 nights, having adequate trash bags shouldn’t be something to be stingy about! Also we did walk in to a pile of used towels in the bunk bed room but there were plenty of clean unused towels in the other bathrooms. The walkways to the house and to the jacuzzi were pretty icy and covered in snow and were not groomed for walking before we arrived, so we ended up doing that ourselves with a broken shovel that was left at the property. We loved the location, and the fact that there was somewhere to go sledding within walking distance. Being able to bring our dog was also a huge plus! I would probably stay here again if they changed the mattresses!
Manager response:
Thank you for your review! We apologize for the issues you encountered during your visit. We have advised the owner of your comments regarding the mattresses, sound insulation, and heating system. The snow shovel has been replaced. We hope to see you again!

Loved how clean it was. Great place for kids and families.
