Cute and comfortable condo. The view of the water is better from the front entrance to the condo that it is on the balcony.

We loved the view and where it was located! It was clean and everything well kept. Wish there was a broom or mop for the constant sand but everything else was amazing!!

The unit was nice...small but nice. The bunk beds are strictly for children. They were too short for my 11 year old daughter. The unit was nicely furnished. The kitchen was lacking in items like a measuring cup, measuring spoons, etc. The floors were beautiful hardwoods. However, there were no mats to wipe your feet on, so we either had to use a towel, or tracked sand all over.

While the unit was nice and clean, the building seems to be run down...unclean common areas, rusting doors to the stairwells, etc. I know things are still being taken care of from the hurricane, but things can be clean.

We loved our stay at Tradewinds. The place was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is because (1) the elevator broke one evening (2) our toilet barely flushed and the sink took a long time to drain. I called for maintenance and was told I would hear from someone within 2 hours. It wasn’t until the next day, unannounced, did a repairman show up. He was quick and was able to repair both issues so it wasn’t horrible.

Loved it all but no parking pass in the room like we were told and had to buy one for $20.

I liked that I didn’t have to go to the office to check in. Having an electric key code was great too. However, I had to call to get my code. We arrived at our unit at 4 pm and had not received the code. The condo unit was okay. We only had 3 people, the outdoor space only had chairs for 2 people. The unit says it will hold 6. At least one more outside chair is needed. There was no cabinet space to store food. Luckily we didn’t have much, so we used counter space. Counter space is limited too. The unit had a odd smell to it. But appeared clean. There are some finish work that could be done in the unit. In the master bath you could tell a newer vanity had been installed. There was a 2 inch gap that should have been filled in the wall along the baseboard. The dishwasher was off too and when pulling out the bottom rack would slide off the track. Not a show stopper, just annoying. We had an issue with water pressure in the kitchen faucet, maintenance staff resolved it. Someone had installed a filter in the kitchen faucet. We ended up buying our own sheets and blanket. The spare stuff in the closet looked dirty/dingy. The wait for the elevator was not bad. Too many people on the 1st and 2nd floor using it. We’ve stayed in low profile units and only used elevator to bring in all our staff upon arrival/departure and groceries. All other times we used the stairs.

The condo was clean,everything worked properly, affordable pricing. The view was very nice. The condo was close to shopping and restaurants. It was quiet. Overall it was an excellent stay.
