Stayed Monday thru Friday morning & This was the best & First Log Cabin me and my lovely lady ever been too. It was Amazing. It has so many bedroom and beds i lost count. It was only me and my lady but u know, the bigger the better #Texas. But honestly definitely without question Masters Majesty is a 10/10 on my scale. Definitely will be coming back in winter to see what it’s like. The only “bad” thing that happened was that me and my wife locked ourselves out on the balconyLOL. she wanted me to jump off and go to the front door to unlock it…..acting like i have ankles of titanium….HAHA. But it wasn’t nothing though everything about this experience at this log cabin was genuine and it was a really amazing adventure.

(and compared to texas. When i say EVERYBODY is nice in Pagosa Springs, we literally didn’t see not one mad/rude/fighting like mane..dam near like being mean was against the law up there lol) All Jokes aside definitely a 5 out of 5 star rating especially for the price and all the amenities they offer.

We had a nice stay at Masters Majesty. The beds are comfortable, water pressure is good, there are tons of towels, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. The home would be best suited for groups with fewer and/or older children. There are three bathrooms, but only 1 is upstairs (where there are 3 bedrooms with multiple beds). One of the bedrooms (the one with 2 queen beds) has a low, slanted ceiling, so this is only good for shorter children. We did not feel that the loft was safe for younger children. There is also a strange step on the upper level that could be dangerous. Internet struggled with too many devices. Finally, the house provided essentially no games or activities for families or kids beyond one deck of cards, Taboo, the TV, and the hot tub. I have never stayed at a rental house that didn't have at least a few board games and puzzles. That would be a welcome and inexpensive addition to this house.
Manager response:
Hello Alisa, we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will be sure to pass your suggestions along to our local manager who will work with our homeowner to make necessary upgrades. We look forward to hosting you again!

Great space and layout for a couple of families to stay. We loved our stay here and had 0 issues. If your considering renting this house I’d recommend it!

Stayed mid-August and mid-week. Pagosa Springs is a great town, but Co-VID Summer meant a primary importance on our home-away-from-home, and it could not have been much better. We spent a good deal of time at the house just enjoying family company and spending some time together.

Great house with plenty of room and wonderful set up for larger families. The house provides good privacy and decent distance from adjacent properties.

It was hot during the afternoon, especially with the upstairs main ceiling fan not working, but it would cool off in the evening during our stay, so it was bearable. Some may not think so.

Everything was clean, place is quiet and convenient, and we enjoyed the hot tub after a good day of hiking. Wi-Fi was great and provided off-time entertainment for the entire family.

Kitchen and house were well-provisioned, but missing cutlery for real cooking work. No recycling available with curb-pickup.

Convenient access to Pagosa Springs without being directly in-town, but Wal-Mart just down the street made it extremely easy to stock up and enjoy the house.

Piedra Falls and Piedra River trails are just down Piedra Dr., and it was a great hike with easier trails that were great with the older family members.

Co-VID summer restrictions, notwithstanding, the place was perfect for the family getaway.

Pros
• Thoughtful abundance of linens/towels
• Well-provisioned kitchen
• Nice deck and hot tub
• Good privacy / quiet-ish neighborhood
• Stars @ night!
• Space and lounging options

Cons
• No cutlery. Plenty of other stuff, but no chef knife. :-(
• Need fans fixed. Can get hot in the afternoon.
• Recyclable service. Bin to store / handle recyclables. Seems shameful when good chunk of the weeks' bulk is recyclables.
• Hot tub supplies ran low
Better instruction on main door lock. Not intuitive how to lock the door behind you, and I work with Smart Home devices.
Manager response:
Hi, Satoshi! We appreciate you staying with us and sharing where we can improve the guest experience. The property manager is taking care of the knife set and hot tub supplies. We hope to see you again!
