Wonderfully equipped kitchen, so we could fix meals there. Salt water pool is beautiful and close. We loved the upstairs nook! Within a good walk of the beach. Very quiet! We’d go there again!

It was the perfect fit for us. It had everything we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Checking in and out was easy and everyone was professional and friendly.

Unit was clean upon arrival! Was spacious and had great open floor plan for a family of 4. Deck on lagoon was private and peaceful and we even saw two alligators. Updated kitchen with new appliances was great! Location was convenient…5 min bike ride to public beach access and about a 12 min bike ride to Shelter cove/shopping. AC cooled unit well on some pretty hot days. Dog friendly was a plus as well.
Had a few plumbing issues with 2 bathrooms but Vacasa resolved them quickly. Primary bedroom ceiling fan was really noisy and a bit frustrating trying to sleep.
Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you so much.

We adored this unit. The perfect size for a family. It was quiet, clean, updated, and easy to get to. My only recommendations are. Better wine opener and cleaners if anything happen. Plan to come back and would recommend to anyone!

This townhouse was perfect for our beach vacation. This unit is better kept than most similar nearby units and has newer floors and an updated kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The house had a great layout and was very clean. The kitchen are the essentials to make breakfasts in the morning. The house was easy to find with lots of walking paths to take the dog out. My only compliant was little information was given to how to access the closest public beach and the TV.

Very nice VRBO, pet friendly which is a plus and appreciated. Traveled to meet our adult son and girlfriend. Open lay out with bedrooms on different levels Very private back patio with lots of wildlife to watch ... turtles, alligators, and many birds
Great walking area with bikes and kayaks available. Short drive to shopping at Shejter Cove

I enjoyed staying in this unit as it was located at the end of the road and away from the traffic on the main road. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to the beach which is also nice. The unit is spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, and well appointed. I was there in December and the temps were cold so I had to turn on the heat. The venting system was not ideal because in order to heat the downstairs, the thermostat needed to be quite high which caused the upstairs to be quite uncomfortable. I had to leave the windows open upstairs. Space heaters downstairs would help. Overall, it was a nice place and quiet and the deck was also enjoyable.
