This condo had everything we needed. We visited in Dec 2021 after Christmas and the complex was not very crowded. The clubhouse and indoor pool were nice and easy to get to (just a few blocks from the unit). This was our first visit to Ocean City, so I can’t commit too much on the location. It was close to everything we needed, but would have been a decent walk to the beach across a lot of traffic. Everyone at Vacasa was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

My passes were not ready upon arrival. The floor was dirty. There was mold on the floor outside of the tub in the main bathroom as well as mold on the bottom of the shower door in the master bathroom. The jacuzzi is not a jacuzzi, it’s a big tub that you can’t use because the drain plug is broken. I tried to improvise and use a coffee cup to create a suction, but ran out of hot water before I could get the tub full. We lost electric in half of the apartment, but that was an easy fix, once we found the breaker box. Overall, we were unhappy with the place for what we paid.

This place was beautiful! The neighborhood was nicely placed within walking distance of the beach, pool and multiple restaurants. The only problem I saw with the house was that the floors could have used a deeper cleaning. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay!

Place was dirty when we arrived, floor was filthy as well as the bathrooms. Food left in the fridge. Dishwasher was filled. Extremely poor communication between property owner as none of my emails/questions were answered. “Jacuzzi” is just a tub & water gets cold before it is even half filled. Tv only worked in the master bedroom sometimes & it’s sad that there was no tv in the two bedrooms & only one in the master. There was gum on my pillowcase. For the money we spent, I know we could have gotten our money’s worth elsewhere. Wouldn’t come back.

This was a great place for 3 couples to stay! We absolutely loved the location and how the Sunset Island community has a private beach and is gorgeously maintained. The only issues we had were: 1) the floors were not clean when we arrived (walking around barefoot in the home left the bottoms of our feet filthy and there were lots of dust clumps around.) 2) The lantern above the dining table was broken/ripped when we arrived. 3) There were only 4 bath towels for a 6 person house. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay, it was very nice to have 2 included parking passes (one garage and one street pass), and we would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, like many businesses, we are facing supply shortages and are reduced in the quantity of towels and supplies for which we can furnish though there is laundry on site. The layout of the condo was typical and spacious enough. Unfortunately the TV in the master bedroom was not working and there were no TV's in the other two bedrooms. We were with an all adult crowd so we made out fine. Some one with small children or grand-children would not be so reasonable about that accommodation. With the cost of a 32" TV now days it would not break the bank to provide these amenities.

Place was not very clean, bathroom outlets didn't work. Had to make a reservation to use the pool but there were no open times for our entire week of vacation

We loved this apartment! It was clean and very spacious. Location was great and an easy walk to the beach. Only issue was there was no cleaning supplies in the apartment for us to clean up after ourselves and there was no recycling abilities in the complex
